witch uptade i need for 3rd gen ryzen

i have the motherboard asrock b450m steel legend  so what uptade i need to make the latest one with says Improve user experience for Matisse or an older one that says 1.Supports AMD next generation Ryzen™ processors
2.Update AMD AGESA Combo-AM4 1.0.0.1

Get the newest available. They should have an upload date so whatever is the newest is the one you want.
