I'm 99% sure you can't sorry.

Butr you can use your PC, you don't need a lot of power for a GBA emulator.

Oh I know that, I have a lot of em's for my PC, and HTC One, just my friend wondered if you could put one on a 360, and I said I dont know maybe, then I told him i'd ask the forums.

I think so, but he's ignorant, he won't give his console for anything in the world, but yeah he does know you can get them on PC's, and Android and IOS devices. He just wondered he could play GBA games via emulator on his console.

Oh I already have horizon installed. 

 

you need a modded xbox for that, which  I assume, he hasn't.

It's a modding tool.
