Does this Monitor fit with the build?

Hi. As you can see from the title, I am struggling to find the perfect monitor for my new build, I will be rocking an RTX 2080 paired with the i7-9700k processor. I am looking into buying the ASUS PG279Q, a 1440p 165 Hz IPS monitor with 4ms refresh rate which is what is making hesitant about purchasing that particular monitor, I mainly play CS:GO, Rocket League, Overwatch, Arma 3 and Fortnite, and lots of other casual games such as GTA V etc..

 

Now I can either get a 1080p 240 Hz 1ms monitor or I can get a 1440p 165 Hz 4ms monitor. I really think the latter would be much better for my current system and I also wanna try 1440p since its currently the sweet spot imo. Only thing that is holding is the refresh rate between both of the monitors, is it gonna be noticeable when comparing 4ms to 1ms?

Just get a 1440p 144hz freesync monitor. 

 

Do you care about the image quality of the panel get a VA or IPS panel.

 

Unless you are relly competetive. The slowdown from non-tn panels arent mich to think of and getting freesync is a bonus since it works with every type of GPU.
