Where’s my account info from Shoppy.gg

Hi, I purchased an account off of Shoppy.gg, but can’t find the infomation. I have 3 emails, 1 from PayPal, one from Shoppy.gg and it’s my purchase details. You would think it’s in there but it’s not. And another from shoppy.gg asking me to leave feedback. I have contacted the seller but just wanted to ask on here to make sure I’m not just being a retard.
