Help with Monitor ASUS VG258

Hello everyone, 

Would need your inputs on this. I recently bought and ASUS VG258 but am having slight issues with it. I brought it over to be checked by a retailer from ASUS in my area but they just reset the settings. Is this hardware related? (images below)

you bought broken monitor wtf man. replace it.

yeah, ASUS repairs in my area take so long. They usually let their distributors and retailers do the QA testing.
