Asus Rog Maximus Viii Extreme restart problem and OC pane not working

Hello guys,

 

i have a 2 years old workstation, i have Asus Rog maximus viii extreme, my Mobo restart itself 3 times, sometimes it will post 00 which leaves my fans all running including gpu bot it wont boot, sometimes it goes 53-55 which mean ram initialize error, i have to pres the reset bios to restart the system. sometimes i have to try it multiple times in order to boot it. i need your help here guys.

 

i already uninstall the ai suite, fan expert, resting cmos bat. tried to switch the bios 1 and 2, but none of this solve my problem.
