Streamlabs OBS help

So I’m streaming and playing on one pc using streamlabs obs and I can’t seem to have the correct settings for the output of the stream and video. My CPU is intel i5 9600K 6 core and graphics card is zotac gaming Gtx 2060

And whats your issue? And upload speed. Your system is well capable to stream 720p30/60 at 3000-4500kbps.

That's really up to you to test. Both have their perks and disadvantages. Personally I would test both and see how much they effect gameplay. Most people here will recommend NVENC.
