ADVICE PLS STREAMING LAPTOP 1080p 60fps options ?

Hi peeps

 

Looking for help i need a laptop to stream 1080p 60 fps using a elgato hd-s  i need a laptop for it to be very portable looked at a few and hoping sumone can confirm or adivise on a better option budget between 500 and 800 ish
