Xbox 360 enforcement check

Looks like I need to be looking into buying another 360 due to unexplained software/firmware/hardware issues.

 

I would like to try the console check on the enforcement website to avoid buying a banned console. When I check my current console, I get an error “Unable to detect the state of this serial number at this time, please connect this device to Xbox Live”. I get this error even if check the serial number from the console’s web browser while it’s connected to live.

 

Is the site working for anyone else? it would be nice to check a console before buying it.

 

 

 

The nature of the problem with my current console has an unrecognized/unreadable disk warning that has no sensical explanation.
