H370 wirless motherboard won’t work

Hi can anyone help me fix my internet windows 10 says it isn’t installed incorrectly but it isn’t  and it is it says I need a drive and I can’t get it unless I have internet plz help ASAP

is it possible to plug in an ethernet cable to download the drivers? you might need to get another computer to download the appropriate drivers on to a usb and install them on your other computer
