What have you built for a Raspberry Pi mobile gamng system?

I am planning on building a portable gaming system similar to a Gameboy Advance using a Raspberry Pi. What have you built using pre-built options or a custom built system? I am considering using RetroPie to emulate the game cartridges I currently own for my console systems.

I would reccomend using a kit from Geekworm, they have kits that support both the Raspberry Pi 3/2/etc. and the Raspberry Pi Zero. Unless you have a 3D printer and a lot of time - these are the best ways to make a handheld using a Raspberry Pi without bursting the bank or having to pay someone to 3D print bits and bobs.

 

You should really look in to 3DS homebrew however if the systems you are emulating can fit within it as it will provide a much more user-friendly experience (in my opinion).
