Hi Forum! I recently (sadly) must say goodbye to my Jabra Elite 75t's that have lasted me around 4 years. And now, find myself looking for replacements. I loved those earbuds dearly in basically every way. Any good recommendations? I am thinking of jumping back into Jabra's product line but I'm sure a lot has changed since my last purchase and wanted to seek some advice before just buying something. I know Sennheiser (who I like generally, love my HD560S) has some offerings, they stack up well? And any recommendation is great, even if it doesn't quite fit the criteria, throw it out there. I appreciate all input and advice! Here's my requirements: ANC + Hear through/Transparency Good sound quality Good microphone / call usability Waterproof (at least IPX5 for rain) Wireless (obviously) Prefer to be more like the shape of Jabra Elite 75t's (rather than say air pod pros) ~200 USD or less A few nice to haves (in order of importance to me) Not master/slave setup where you can use either earbud by itself, and not only if the master earbud is in Fully submersible at least temporarily (IPX7) USB-C Charging for case (if that isn't standard nowadays)

Laptop: Asus Transformer Book T100Chi Bluetooth Earphones: Edifier X3 TO-U After restarting laptop, my earphones do this weird thing where it has sound, then doesn't, then it does, over and over again. (For a few seconds each time) It seems to make my video that I'm watching stutters when the audio is out, then become fine for a bit after it's fine, then it happens again. 1. I tried plugging in my wired earphones, everything's fine 2. I tried removing it from my bluetooth devices list, then re-adding it, doesn't work 3. I tried uninstalling the driver, restarts laptop for it to reinstall, doesn't work 4. Connect the earphones to my phone, it doesn't have the issue there 5. Try restarting the laptop again, doesn't work 6. Try connecting it to other Windows laptop, it works there, so it's specific to my laptop The weird thing is, is that this happens after I restart my laptop, so does that have something to do with it? Please someone just help me for once now that I post according to the relevant subforums

I have a pair of wireless earbuds that have aptX (edifier TWS1). However I have come to realise you actually have to switch your phone's audio codec as well in order to take advantage of aptX (I was having connectivity issues with my buds and I was severely disappointed in the aptX branding before knowing this). I've found the setting in the developers option but my phone (Samsung A50) keeps reverting to SBC so how do I get my phone to stay/set aptX as the default codec or is that just not possible?

Hello, So I ordered Edifier TWS 330 NB Bluetooth earbuds I was using them quite happily, but last night i left the Earbuds box (which holds the buds) on charge and forgot to disconnect it when i went to sleep. When i tired using the earbuds the next day, the left sided earbud did not give any sound I was worried but did not freak out I thought pairing abd unpairing would help. However, when i unpaired from the phone, i could not get the Bluetooth to detect the earbuds again I have tried everything but so far i have been unable to detect, let alone use my earphones again with my phone I am now freaking out What could be the reason of this happening ? Did the overnight charging fry the earphones ? Are TWS earphones that fragile to overcharging ? I am very confused and perturbed about this I am using Realme 5 as my phone Please kindly help me out, as i am a student and cannot afford another pair of these earbuds I am really worried, any help will be greatly appreciated !

In this post you can find my, kind of lengthy, review of the Beats X. I also included a TL;DR at the bottom for people that don’t care about this piece of poetry I just cranked out of my head during the last 30 minutes I usually listen to music for 3-5 hours per day, long commute to school, but never felt the need to get anything better than those 30$ in-ear earphones because due to my frequent use they would never survive longer than a few months anyway. It wasn’t until Jaybird announced the first BlueBuds before I was interested in bluetooth earbuds at all but because of the technology being so new and me being so broke I skipped them and later releases. Expensive earbuds lost my attention again, until Apple decided to throw out their Beats X way, like seriously way, before they were ready in september. I gotta defend myself, I had problems with wired earbuds before, like hearing noises through the cable while walking, probably because I bought those cheap unshielded ones, or the cable just straight up limiting your movement while in use. So anyway I saw the Beats X and thought that they are perfect for me since they have: Small driver housing A cable connecting them because I wouldn’t want to loose my earbuds Somewhat normal looking, although the loop they make is a bit strange They are designed to work with iPhones because of that fancy W1 chip THEY ARE SYMMETRICAL for the love of god So I decided to buy them, note that I made that decision in november but after I realized that Apple just used them so the lack of a 3.5mm jack on the iPhone 7 seemed like a smaller deal that it actually is, I had to wait quite a while until they were available. Soooo To keep it short they didn’t not showed up until motherfin february and I still think that the announcement during the keynote was a big mistake. Anyway now that I had them for more than a month, I think it’s time to review them so I and you can find out if they are worth it. The title said that the X’s are 120$ and I was as surprised as you when I found out, that the 3 months Apple Music trial that comes in the box, can be redeemed in form of an iTunes credit for 29.98€, and I guess it’s the same with dollar. For the unboxing, well it’s an Apple product so the unboxing process is very nice and appropriate for earbuds with a price tag of 150$. They come included with a wide variance of eartips to fit your ears, even those funky double sealing once that kind of look like you put a screw in your ear canal and also with ear-fins and a short USB Type A to Lightning cable. Anyway how are the Beats X in a daily usage ? Well for me they work quite well, the battery has only died once on me and that was because I forgot to charge them overnight but because I always carry a powerbank on me I could use the really useful Fast Fuel feature which loads 2 hours worth of listening in just 5 minutes of charging. The pairing process is, thanks to the W1 chip, flawless on iPhones but I also used them with my laptop and they paired just fine minus the somewhat magical feeling you get when the little paring screen pops up. The sound they produce is still a little beatsy but I personally think that they are far from earlier Beats products and only lack ever so slightly at the mids. The only problems with them I sometimes get is that the, otherwise very nice clicking, in-line remote doesn’t work when you press it for the first time from time to time. But since it only occurs from time to time and only for the first press during the usage I think it’s not the worst. Also the carrying case that comes with them is just not good, since you need to fold them in a very specific way to even fit them into it, and even when you fit them correctly they are not protected 100% since the case is open at the top. What I would love is a shorter cable since even for a tall guy like me it is making that loop which I personally think is not the most aesthetically pleasing form in the world. Other than that and the infamous stupid way they charge, very apple like though looking at you magic mouse 2, I really like my Beats X and for me personally they are worth the steep price Apple or Beats is asking for them. TL;DR PRO: Work exceptionally well with Apple products but just as normal with other devices The 150$ price tag really is 120$ + 30$ App Store credit They just work, when you need them and thanks to magnetic backs they don’t disturb Battery life is more than enough for me personally + Fast Fuel is amazing Don’t look like you jammed toothbrushes into your ears CON: Well they are still 150$ In-Line remote sometimes bugs during first use after power up The cable loop they force form is not the prettiest They charge really awkward because they are so stiff The carrying case is not closed and can only hold them when folded correctly Beats X are neither water resistant or water protected, you gotta pay more for that SUMMARY: Although it may seem like the Beats X are bad earbuds, the cons I listed really are minor details in an otherwise very well made product, which I would absolutely recommend to a friend of mine or buy again. I hope you enjoyed this pretty spontaneous review I just wrote and didn’t encounter to many errors, if so please have mercy since english isn’t my native language. I would love some feedback if you have some for me

Hey guys, So I've had a look around for the product described in the Title. Checked out a tonne of instruction manuals, the majority of which state that the earbuds won't play whilst charging. I've done some Google searching but haven't checked every earbud manufacturer! So I thought I'd see if anyone on here knew of what I'm looking for. I can use earbuds for a constant 16 hours, and I really want wireless ones, but it's a deal breaker if I ever have to take them off (or have them stop playing) to charge them. I'm not particularly bothered about audiophile sound quality, but I'd feel cagey if they were less than £100 audio quality wise, very useless measure I know... Does anyone know of any wireless earbuds that will play while charging? And as a side note, why are wireless earbuds the only (!?) device that won't operate while charging... Thanks, Mike

I've been looking around for some Truly wireless earbuds. I'm not looking for fitness tracking or space to hold songs or anything fancy like that, just fully wireless buds that are quality enough for an autiophile like myself. Right now I walk around everywhere with my beloved sennheiser HD 8 DJ's and I'm looking for something with a little more mobility

The new 2nd gen Airpods were impressive, but Apple's new Powerbeats Pro are even MORE impressive, especially for active users. But are they good enough to impress non-athletes? Buy the Powerbeats Pro Totally Wireless Headphones: On Amazon: https://geni.us/XiAAmM

Hi guys, looking to buy a wireless earbuds I'm stuck on deciding on which is the best for my buck. Either the Sony WF-1000xM3 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07TD96LY2?tag=georiot-us-default-20&th=1&psc=1&ascsubtag=tomsguide-custom-tracking-20 or Jabra Elite 75T https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07X9VG6ZJ?tag=georiot-us-default-20&th=1&psc=1&ascsubtag=tomsguide-custom-tracking-20 or is there any coming out this year that can be better? than this two? I really have no other preference than build and sound quality and battery life or the range as well. but as long as it doesn't cut the connection when its in my pocket. I'm good. Budget's around 200. Thanks for the help,

Hi. So, I was thinking of buying wireless earbuds that are compatible with Android. I saw the Airpods Pro, put they're too expensive for me, the same goes for Airpods 2. My budget is 70$. I want earbuds that are similiar to the design of the Airpods 2, I like how they don't go, kind of, all the way in the ear, I like how a little part is outside of the ear. It would be nice if the case would have an option that you could put the earbuds in the case and they would charge, just like the Airpods 2 and Airpods Pro do. So, if anyone has any recommendations, you can just reply to this post.

Apple finally gave Airpods a big upgrade with the AirPods Pro wireless earbuds, with in-ear tips and active noise cancelling. So can they stand up to the competition? Buy Airpods Pro: Buy on Amazon: https://geni.us/Q5Aaau Buy on Newegg: https://geni.us/qYBBKdp

Hi, i am looking for new earbuds sins mine just broke and wanted to go wireless. I am looking for something cheap and don't need the best of the best audio but it is always a plus. My biggest problem is that i don't like these earbuds that sit in your earkanal. I prefer the way apple takes. I don't really care about looks and would like something under 50 bucks. Being used for running and at a gym is a plus but not required. Thanks for reading

Hello! So, I was looking at some earbuds today and I found these here: https://www.knockies.com/products/upgraded-version-airpod-style-wireless-bluetooth-earbuds I have a phone that supports bluetooth 4.0, and my question is that will my phone be compatible with these earbuds, since on the webpage it says this: So, will my phone be compatible with the earbuds I found or no? And will it be compatible with these ones, maybe? https://www.knockies.com/collections/all-products/products/new-version-airpod-style-wireless-bluetooth-earbuds-i10s-tws It says this on the specs of these earbuds:

I recently received a pair of TicPods Free from Mobvoi after funding them on indiegogo. They worked fine for a few days but then the left ear bud stopped connecting to the right one. This made it impossible to pair the left ear bud to my phone, so now I can only use the right one. Does anyone know how to fix this.

So i'm currently on the market for some cheap wireless earbuds. I didn't want to get from any brand in china that could disappear at moments notice so I was doing some digging. Eventually google sucked up enough of my info to give me skull candy truly wireless earbud adds. I didn't know that skull-candy had earbuds so I checked their store. I found three different pairs of earbuds that caught my eye. The skull candy sesh, which had really bad battery life but really good audio and its on sale for 30$. The skull candy sesh evo, which is exactly like the sesh, but with better battery in the earbuds and case. Finally I found the entire reason i'm making this thread. I found the skull candy truly wireless jibs which i'm gonna link at the bottom of the thread. It advertises better batter life than the sesh evo at the price of the sesh non evo, the best part was that it was only 30$ just like the sesh non evo. I tried looking around for reviews or even other places that were selling them but I found none. Nobody reviewed them on YouTube. Rtings didn't have a review. Amazon sold all the other skull candy headphones but not the jibs. Even when you look it up it doesn't appear minus the link from skull candy. What WILL actually show up is the jib wireless but not truly wireless. If the jib is actually as good as its marketed, then it has insane an absolutely insane price, the thing is I don't want to buy it if there is not a single review on the internet. Not even the policy that lets you buy your single earbud or case, for cheaper mentions it. I'm just generally confused here. Its a good value but it doesn't make sense to me. The link to the mysterious truly wireless skull candy jibs: https://www.skullcandy.com/jib-true-wireless-earbuds

Can someone recommend to me some good Bluetooth earbuds that are not the rubber tip kind? I really love the way my EarPods fit into my ear, and I would love to buy a pair of AirPods, but they are soooooooooooooo extremely expensive. I recently saw in a video a pair of earbuds whose earpieces looked a lot like the EarPods and AirPods but I'm pretty sure they were neither, but now I don't know which video it was. Anyway, if someone could tell me about some non-rubbertip Bluetooth earbuds, preferrably under $100, it would be awesome.
