Windows doesnt boot on restart Windows doesn't boot on restart, get stuck on a blank screen, but when pc is shut down and powered back on again, windows boots just fine. Happens regardless of how the restart was initiated, be that thru an app restarting the pc for an update, or a bluescreen restarting the pc. This issue always happens, and I have to turn it off and back on again at the power button Specs for context: Asrock taichi 7900xtx Ryzen 7 7800x3d MSI MAG B650 tomahawk 2 sticks of adata 6000 cl30 ram Any help would be appreciated :)

It is an lg 55UB820V. The TV is around 6 years old and it has started getting slowly a couple of months ago. It struggles with switching channels (didn’t happen before) and often crashes and switches off or freezes if you change too many at once. Any way to fix it? And what parts should be replaced? Hey guys, recently my PC started doing weird shit. While in game or any other fullscreen app, SOMETIMES white line appears. It looks like last line of pixels on screen, right below taskbar if you can imagine. It flickers like crazy and is very annoying. I updated the shit out of my computer, from Bios through Windows to fcking every driver imaginable, I tried to reseat ram or use only one, I am constantly checking temps. Nothing seems to be wrong. The behaviour is random, basically appearing only in some cases. What I noticed is that Raibow6 and Tarkov can "call" the fucking line every time, presumably because thats the game you need most focus so of course its gonna show up, but otherwise its just random. I have new setup, 5800x with 32gb (2x16) of 3600 CL16 from G.Skill running on Strix B55A-A Gaming. It does not matter from which drive I run the games (tried both m2 and ssd) or what settings its on. I have AOC AG271QX where I game and simple Lenovo T27h as backup. I tried to switch gaming on secondary screen, white line moved there instantly, so it does not seem like screen issue. I am currently running about to die R9 270x, since my son watercooled my old 1070 (by that I mean that he spilled juice into my old PC and the only thing I wanted to keep from it died) and I cant get hands on new GPU (well I can, on same price like rest of my pc alltoghther :( ) but took external GPU box from work with 2080 in it, tested on it and the line was there fucking too, so it does not look like GPU issue :( The only thing I have as next step is to reinstall whole Windows, which I had not done in 3 months, but there is tons of work related shit on my PC now that I want to avoid that as last resource. Anyone ever experienced that? Any ideas? I am in frustration mode here :(

i have just bought a pc 2 days ago. when i enter the bios to change my settings ( enable ram d.o.c.p, change VRAM from 2gb to 3gb and video output from pci e to igfx) and then i exit the bios, even if i dont do any changes and exit the bios through the "exit tab" and not booting through the hard drive, my pc just shuts down or my monitor instantly says "no signal" and afterwards my pc will shut down and my bios is already up to date. Hello peoples, I have a weird issue with some of my games. When I start for example Elden Ring it runs perfectly fine, but when I start Fortnite or Warzone it is almost unplayable(around under 1 fps to 5 fps). This goes away when I reinstall my graphics drivers vie geforce experience, after that everything works fine(as fine as warzone can run on a 1070). When I restart my PC, it's the whole ordeal all over again. My pc is not booting. The LED on the mobo lights up and when I press power button, it just does not TURN ON! The PSU clicks one time and nothing after that. No fans spinning or anything. After a hard reset, the PSU clicks again,. Tried with new PSU. No result Tried different ram and gpu, no result. An led was always lit no matter what. It had SB_PWR written as it's name(I referred to the manual. It just states that 'when the led is lit, the motherboard has power) Once I accidentally forgot to plug the 4pin CPU power cable(the one on the top left) and the fans spin . When I plug in the 4pin EPS, the PSU clicks and then nothing. Can't afford new system. Hello fine folks, I've got an AMD FX-8350 on a msi970 motherboard coupled with a gtx970 GPU. I've got a fresh install of windows 10 on my pc and my cpu usage is all over the place. I've already installed my anti-malware software, discord and all the nessesary game launchers. Discord uses 10-20% of my cpu recources, which I think it's quite a lot. My games also see reduced peformance from when I first got the PC. stuttering and sevire framerate drops are all to common. And I dont even play the latest game. I play titanfall 2, battlefield 4 and fortnite. all on the lowest settings except for the resolution. Fortnite even struggles at lowest settings, 1080p which I find to be quit odd for this setup. Anyone got any proposed solutions? Thanks for the advice.

Im building a PC for video editing (Premiere pro, After effects ) and some 3d work (C4d, blender, Octane). My Macbook pro just isn't cutting it anymore. Im in the US and have a budget of 2,500-2,700 including a monitor and keyboard. I want to use two 1920 x 1080, 23"monitors. I want to be able to upgrade to get into GPU rendering eventually as well as get into some light overclocking. I am dealing w/ a light board for my school.(the behringer eurolight lc2412) It used to work but for some reason It has stopped working and I don't know why. All of the connections seem to be solid such as the connection from the board to the interface and the interface to the dimmer. Any advice?

So when I wanted to brows the web for dank memes today chrome froze and some seconds later crashed and my system became really slow and unresponsive. So i shut my system down, restarted it and cleared the cache, thinking that a restart may have fixed it. But it didn't. After opening the task manager I realized the problem. Some of the built-in services (Windows Defender and Superfetch to be precise) are just pegging my RAM to 98% usage. I have 8 gb btw. What the fuck is this and how do I teach it not to fuck up my system? Has anyone of you had similar experiences? I basically can't shut the services down, because Windows won't allow it.

Hello, i'm rather new to PC builds and such. I've done extensive research on how to actually build PC's (LinusTechTips and Youtube). For about five years, I've been running with a PC that i got from TigerDirect and it is time for an upgrade, though it runs well and such, my CPU gets up to 70% when watching a youtube video in 1080P, let alone the wondrous 4K video Linus and his team puts out. Current Rig * No Name Motherboard, Single Channel Ram * Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4670 CPU @ 3.40GHz * MSI Computer Corp. NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti Gaming OC 2GB GDDR5 VGA/DVI/HDMI PCI-Express Video Card N750TI TF 2GD5/OC (Copied that from amazon after noticing that the label on the side of the card says MSI. Found it pretty easy since i no some of it) * 1TB Hard Drive (Very Little Space Left) * 500W Power Supply * Windows 8.1 Operating System I know that my graphics card is decent, though i would like to get a stronger one with my next rig, and is is possible to combine the one i have currently, with a new, more powerful graphics card? But what i would truley like help with is picking parts for my next build. I'm hoping to get this case and most likley will (Link). But i'm also looking at this case (Link). Most likley going to go with the first case though since it has 4 USB 3.0 Ports and i need two of those ports for my keyboard, another for my mouse and the last one for my headset. If at any and all possible can i receive some assistance in building my new rig? I would like it to be able to handle 4K and VR if needed(Not Necessary Though). Currently i have a lot of games on my steam account that i cannot play since my processor cannot handle it. Take 'The Witcher 3' as an example, as even on the lowest settings, the game can only run at max 20-30FPS. It would be extraordinarily wonderful if i could receive some help from all you wonderful people in coming up with and building my new rig. Please do keep in mind though that i don't want to build a 10-15K computer, and would like to keep it arguably affordable to the average man. But most of all, i would like all the parts to work well with one another, as i know that just putting all the highest tier parts together, won't allow you to come out with a computer that works well. Hello, Im have if an problem where I can get my system to post, the system did post on the first couple of startups and I could go into the bios, but then if I clicked on anything or moved my mouse a lot the bios would freeze. After a couple of attempts to try to interact with the bios the system would not post anymore. I have triple checked all the connection and reseated the gpu and made sure it was in all the way and I have tried clearing CMOS and still won’t post there are no lights on other than power led and the rgb lights on the motherboard. so ive been trying to hold off on asking for help on this issue but i cant anymore so here. my cpu is a fx8350 old i know my mobo is the asus sabertooth 990fx not the issue ive tried other mobos that do work and they did for a wile ill get to that. i do have 2 brands of ram i have a stick of 1x8gb hyper x beast and 2 sticks of 1x8gb g.skill hyper x is a different speed but turned down still not the issue. i have a gtx 1650 s not the issue. my psu is a 1200 watt coolermaster ill find the exact one if needed but i dont think its needed so. the issues are 1. the pc sometimes wont give beep codes 2. it randomly decides to not boot not post boot and not wile running after i turn it off it sometimes just says no and i take like an hour trying to fix it. 3. this one is new but the cpu light is coming on everytime i try to boot it and it wont boot the light for the power switch comes on the fan for the cpu is still running but all other fans and lights (excluding the mobo lights) turn right back off. it boots fine with another psu i have but that one is faulty so id rather not try to use it too much.
