I was testing node.js to see if I can implement it in my Websites. In the node.js file root directory I have installed the cookie-parser module for some values in another js file. I added the html file and the other js file but when I open the html page on my browser , it shows cannot get null. Please Help stuck in development of website Thanks in advance

Tensorflow model deeplab: https://github.com/tensorflow/tfjs-models/tree/master/deeplab doesn't seem to work for me on node.js. I haven't been able to find any example code for deeplab in nodejs. When I try to segment an image I get the error error: The dtype of dict['ImageTensor'] provided in model.execute(dict) must be int32, but was float32 And googling the error seemed to turn up no helpful soloutions. Would love thoughts from sombody who knows more!

How and why I made Syntatical (an NPM package that changes how you write JavaScript) Basics of Syntatical: Goal: The initial goal was to make an NPM package that changed how JavaScript is written. Not to make it "easier" or "weirder", just a different way to write it. How it works: Syntactical basically just puts JavaScript code into functions. Making multi-line functions one-line. It also makes console.log shorter, I did this because I hate using console.log() to log everything. JavaScript's syntax is fine, but I thought I could make it simple. I would have done it in Python if I felt like Python needed this, which I feel it really does not. I am going to gather a few friends to continue development on the main Syntatical package. Plans for syntatical-electron, syntatical-discord, syntatical-express and syntatical-passport do exist and are being considered. Having a Syntatical.py module is also in thought, same with a Syntatical.lua package. However these are plans in consideration, not yet confirmed!

Howdy fellas, i need a little help, let me explain my problem. I have a website where user can fill out some stuff and then send it to database. Problem is the connection to the database can be done in Node.js, but i don't really know how to connect it with the javascript or the html button, or simply how to do it, because i'm myself just learning in Node.js. It is my school project and i only have 26days left to complete it (still got lot of work to do). I appreciate anyone who can help, or even be with me in touch if i would need some help. Hi, I don't know if this is the right community or the coding community would be more appropriate. I created this topic to show you my little project and to know if it would interest some of you guys. So, it's a node.js server with a web interface to share files (upload, download), create folders and with what a call ''stupid streaming'' (no quality or subtitle choice). You add the path you want to share in a config file with a name so ex: E:/jordan/videos/movies as Movies. It's small and quick to launch. With a service like noip you can share file outside you're local network. Working on linux, windows mac (the server) and you can use it on almost all your device that has a browser. Download, uploads or streaming may not work, I can stream on my smart tv but not downloads nor uploads, Apple devices are more complicated vs android but you can uploads some picture or use some apps to downloads. So, I created it for myself and my family but I was wondering if it would worth my time (I will be happy) to make my project public. Here some pictures of the interface. Hey! I'm trying to make an interactive bot that talks via Twitter through Node.js V.8.0.0. It's 2019 and I don't think the servers for 16.04. (It was the only download I could find for a strictly 32-bit system (Yes... It's an old server. I don't need a new one I don't think.) Could someone please tell me what the old source list for it? I use Ubuntu 16.04 Server edition, w/o any updates. It doesn't have a graphical interface installed since it's a server, and I don't need any security updates since the server won't hold anything important (This is more of a project than anything.)

I got tired of all the half-assed attempts people have made to cherry-pick the Bungie.net API to create a "Destiny 2 API library" for node.js. I just built the entire damn thing, from scratch. It's 0 dependency, fully async, and lightening fast. I could use some help testing it before I push V1.0.0 to NPM though. Github Documentation

Hi, I'm trying to build a backend system using OCPP 1.6 JSON over websockets in Node. I am having some trouble with the whole websockets thing, I have experience with REST api's but this is throwing me for a loop. Essentially where I am at is that I receive a message from the charger like this: [2, "19223201", "BootNotification", {"chargePointVendor": "VendorX", "chargePointModel": "SingleSocketCharger"} ] I need to put this in a database which I can probably figure out myself, but more importantly I need to de-construct the message and generate an appropriate response. In this case it would look something like this: [3, "19223201", {"status":"Accepted", "currentTime":"2013-02-01T20:53:32.486Z", "heartbeatInterval":300} ] And I have no idea how to do it. Essentially I need a lot of if statements like if the massage has "BootNotification" in it, then send the accept message and if it has something else, then respond appropriately. Hey everyone, I'm running Ubuntu 18.04 LTS and I wanted to setup my machine as a web hosting server to host a Node.js application, I already have the app done and it's running on localhost port 3000 just fine, and I bought a domain this morning, so IDK what's the best approach to take on this, I searched online for a while but couldn't find anything good cause IDK exactly what I need to start, cause it's my first time doing this and it's my first time installing linux without a VM (still a linux beginner), so it would be great if you just can guide me on how to start this or you can suggest a good article to get me started. I use a redis database in my program for simple key storage and I wanted to move my .json log file to the redis server for simplicity sake. My question is, how do you store nested objects in redis?

So guys I am making a steam trade bot an idea that I have. The problem is steam guard, whenever a trade happens you have to go in your email and click the button. How would I do this in node.js and also make it read mail and get 5 digit auth code during login.

I dunno if I'm doing something wrong but I can't find any information about implementing node.js on existing projects. I have a website, and I want to implement some realtime update of some kind. And node.js looks like the right way to go... It's a fairly big site so don't wanna start from the beginning...
