Hello all, i have a bit a problem that can't be solved solo (trust me, i was trying) I just upgrade to I7-11700 from I5-10500. Fancy numbers and faster connection to my m2 (samsung 980 pro 1tb) God must hate me because after CPU update and one new MOBO later i have half of my internet speed, currently payig for 1gbps. Ookla saying 950-970mbps that is okay, real troubles comes with steam/epic etc. Steam capped (without capping) at 11-12MB/s. After unplug ethernet connection and plug back it can do sometimes 40MB/s Coop plays became pain in ******* because after hosting maybe 20 minutes everybody keep get kick. At this point i am done with this crap. My PC specs: i7-11700 rtx3060ti asus prime z590-z wifi m2 ssd samsung 980 pro 1tb in pcie4 slot + 1tb ssd 2,5 samsung 870. Someone please help me. I want all my internet

Specs: Motherboard: ASUS Z97-P GPU: GTX 950 RAM: 2x8gb DDR3 Corsair Vengeance PSU: Alpine 850W What happened: I followed a Youtube tutorial to Clone my windows using macrium reflect https://youtu.be/CHCENfs87F4 ^^^^ the exact video. So I followed along all fine and actually got windows on my SSD as it booted much faster than my HDD, but then the video continues on to show how to now wipe the old hard drive completely using the command prompt, so I follow along and wipe my disk 0, the hard drive or what i’m nearly sure was my hard drive, because if i wiped my SSD surely windows would’ve died then and there right? so then I go into macrium reflect Pre Environment (i think, i have a USB that i can access the drives with) and find the drives and try and boot from the SSD, this is where everything goes wrong, I get an instant blue screen windows error in super low res. Then, I try and do some normal trouble shooting and can’t get past the bios or PE really, but eventually i got to where i am now. The PC now wont let me past the UEFI BIOS splash screen, the only thing I have found that i’m able to do is as soon as the PC starts, I can press CTRL + ALT + DEL and it restarts itself, but when the BIOS screen has been up for more than a few seconds, it completely freezes control of anything Solutions tried: resat RAM removed and reinstalled CMOS battery removed GPU and got display straight from the motherboard

I use my laptop for gaming (ew a gaming laptop, I know I know, its not my favorite either, but it works, and I'm on a budget so what can you do) and previously had a second monitor that had only 60Hz refresh rate, i recently purchased a newer monitor capable of going 240Hz, however when I set the refresh rate to 240Hz my screen goes black and the returns to 144Hz which I have set it to while I troubleshoot. if it helps the exact monitor is the AOC C27G2Z (https://us.aoc.com/en-US/gaming/products/monitors/c27g2z) while 144Hz is outstanding compared to 60Hz and I cant understand how I used 60Hz before, I would like to be able to use the full potential of the monitor

Huh. ​So, I had this disturbing revelation. I wish there were a better way to share it with others, because it's hard to explain how everything connects for me. I guess I'll try and start at the beginning. One thing you may or may not know about me is that I don't like this world. Not at all. When I was young, I could see that my dreams could never be real in it. Because of this, I usually went to media like video games and anime because they didn't have the limitations this world does. As I've grown up, I've played and watched more and more of these stories. And as I've realized how many of them there are, I became disheartened because I realized I could never experience them all in a normal human lifetime (part of the limitations of the world). Well, while I was thinking about my relationship with God and stuff, I realized something. This disheartened feeling was causing an evil reaction in me. I mean, obviously being disheartened to things you love in general is bad, but there's a very special reason this particular reaction to this feeling of mine is evil. And that is because of what it implies. But I'll get to what it implies in a second. This feeling is based on the idea that I enjoy a certain something (for me, video games and anime, for others, whatever), and that I will do my best, with my spare time, to experience as much of it as I can with that time. And make more of that time when possible. It actually reminds me of a quote I saw once: "Everything changed the day she realized there was just enough time in life for the important things." Paraphrased, but close. Though that implies the same thing that my reaction (which is to experience as much as I can with what spare time I do have) does, but it helps explain what I'm saying, I think. The problem with that quote, and the problem with my reaction to that feeling (and the feeling itself, really) is that it implies I'm going to die. I'm effectively resigning myself to death by accepting this feeling and reacting to it in this way. That there will be a point where there is "no more time". Which obviously isn't true. And then I thought about how people normally lived their lives. How society views these types of things. And from what I can tell, it's the same thing. Everyone is living like they are going to die. Trying to claim whatever "life" they can before they do die. Which leads me to this: Matthew 16:24-25 And that's when I realized I was being sucked into society's view of life. To take what you can before your gone, rather than to prepare for your "real" life. And so, personally, I've resolved myself to ask the simple question of "Why?" when I do things from now on. "Because I enjoy it." is not good enough anymore. In fact, I would say I should avoid such things where that is the only reason I do them (i.e. video games and anime for me). Because if they are really worth spending time on, I will see them again. I'm sure of it.

Hello Every time i insert a motherboard i always get stuck when trying to insert it into the io shield they are always in the way. I feel like I need a thorough explanation on how to insert a motherboard correctly so I dont have to spend like 5-10 minutes doing that. I was looking into maybe getting a new graphics card I still have a Nvidia GTX 960. I am a programmer studying and experimenting with neural networks using the lib Tensorflow. I also PC game a lot and I bought a new screen that can render 4k graphics but alas my graphics card cannot handle the 4k goodness. I really could care less about 4k gaming but 4k YouTube and anime is something I'm interested in. Which made me think about all the great Nvidia options like the GTX 1060 6gb and the 1080 is it really worth it or should I wait for newer models to come out ultimately reducing prices of older models and having more options. Should I wait? I am so conflicted I decided to come to you the community and ask for your advice. The game is afoot!

Hello everyone, I know this is a long post but I would really appreciate it if you could give me some advice in regards to what happened to me with my sister. Ok so I asked a few people and i still don't know what to do, my christian friend on here (GOD bless him) recommended I ask you guys since you've helped him with his problems. So I finally got accepted into college (at 24 years old) and received a scholarship for the first year based on my poultry science thesis (for Poultry Business Management) and I REALLY want to go...but there's one issue, I have to choose between my education and having to pay the medical bills to my evil, God forsaken sister, that I have to live with. Firstly, this is unfair because when I was sexually abused she disregarded it as me exaggerating and twisting the truth; I was raped by my pastor (now he's in jail, I won't go in depth, it really is triggering) a year ago, and I kept the baby because I believe that every child is a gift from God and deserves a life. One day when I was 22 I met this guy at a club and we got kinda close, and me being a virgin and a child of God, I refrained from having sex with him, but I was promiscuous enough (and I hope God forgives me) to send him nude photos about every day for 6 months. She somehow found out about this (I think she approached the guy after we broke up for reasons that I will not disclose here) and revealed to me that the guy was actually her ex boyfriend, which she NEVER told us about, and then demanded I abort my baby or else she would send the photos to all the colleges I applied for. I thought she was bluffing, and I had God above me so I didn't think she'd do anything about it, BUT last year you know what she showed up with at my baby shower? A hanger, as a shady statement that I should've aborted, but that's NOT all. About a month after I was raped and found out I was pregnant, I was so distraught and depressive that I had xanax prescribed to me to calm me down and help me sleep. One day I was running low on my pills and I POLITELY asked my sister if she could drive to the pharmacy and get my prescription as I was bedridden, and that SNAKE thought she could trick me. Instead of xanax, she put cytotec into the blisters hoping that I would kill my unborn child. SICK WOMAN!. I confronted her a few days later and she told me it must've been a mistake made by the doctor, but that is impossible, no doctor would make such mistake, yet I couldn't accuse her for anything without proof. In the middle of my second trimester, I had severe nausea and I kept throwing up every single morning. I asked my sister POLITELY if she could get me a glass of water. That's it, that's all I wanted, some water! When she got me the drink, I chugged it down because I had just thrown up and was dehydrated, I thought it was just water, it looked like it, but the entire time I knew something was odd because she kept smiling as I drank it. IT WAS VODKA! THAT RAT GAVE A PREGNANT WOMAN VODKA!!! I IMMEDIATELY called 911 and got an ambulance to get me to the hospital, I had severe alcohol poisoning and had to get my stomach pumped and the gynaecologist said that my baby might come out with severe mental disabilities BECAUSE OF HER! But there is MORE, she didn't stop there!! One night towards the end of my pregnancy (and I knew this was the last straw), I was woken up by some strange sounds and the smell of smoke, I opened my eyes to see the crib that I bought for my baby on FIRE! It was soon going to spread to the wooden floor and then the entire room. I got out of bed immediately and tried to run out but the door was LOCKED so the only option I had to survive was to throw myself off the window into the pool (my room is on the second floor). Without a second thought, I jumped for my baby's life and I'm so thankful for the swimming lessons that I got from my mom in Africa 10 years ago, cause I SWAM up and survived without any injuries. I called the firefighters, half of the room was destroyed, and they found my sister's golden pendant at the foot of my bed. I KNEW it was her, yet it wasn't enough to report her. I was stuck, living in the same house with a DEMON!! A month ago, a few days before my expected delivery, she said that I had 7 days to get rid of the child. I was shaking and crying and I was at my lowest point, and I tried everything. It was too late to set up an appointment at the clinic so I tried to do it myself, I was suicidal at that point, until God finally answered my prayers and blessed me. On the 6th day, I got a call from the local hospital informing me that she was in surgery for shattered phalanges because of a car accident. I was SO happy I even cried and thanked God for stopping this monster from RUINING my life, my baby and my future career. God judged those fingers right, and now they can't do the work of Satan! Anyway, the medical bills are piling up and my sister is falling into debt, and the whole family is expecting ME to pay, as our mom died back in Africa and our dad is terminally ill. Everyone is judging me for not supporting my sister even though she has been making my life a living hell. I would heavily appreciate some advice as I am truly lost in a state of confusion right now, but I am certain of one thing, and that is that I am happy that divine justice has prevailed.

I recently fresh installed my OS onto a SSD and have my old HDD formatted for general bulk stuff, however now somethings that are not on the drive with my OS on it are giving me problems. Such as Destiny 2 downloads but will not launch claiming "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)." when launched from Blizzard app. And claiming "this program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing" when I try to run it as an administrator. Some Nvidia shit is also doing some weird shit like that when I get to the desktop when I start the computer.

Hello everyone, I am Canadian and do not want to order online. So I am stuck with memory express. There are two monitors I'm stuck between. 4k: https://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX69872 1440p: https://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX69764 I play a lot of games so I need the 100+ refresh rate. However I'm stumped because the ViewSonic I can have beautiful ips4k visuals then switch to 1080P and get the 120hz. So I guess my question is what looks better. 1440pTN vs a 1080ips panel. Also the tn panel has 1ms response time, and the other has 5ms. Not entirely sure if we can percieve the difference but throwing that out there. ALSO the 4k display is 27 inches and the 1440p is 24". So I know pixel density is important but don't know much about it. If the 4k monitor could do 120hz at 1440p then I'd probably get that one.

The Most boring thing in my life was 3 weeks ago when I had to sit in religion class for 100 min because mass was canceled I was about to jump out the emergency exit at that moment about 50 Minutes in I wanted kill my self the next class was math which was a little less boring I was about to shove a plastic knife in my chest at lunch. Kraken G10 good ? Is it worth it

I am running all the latest drivers and yet I can play the game for like 11 seconds and then it just freezes and sound continues then it says unturned.exe stopped working. I re downloaded and verified game cache and nothing

So basically my friend is converting to PC Master Race and he has $150 for PSU, CPU, and MOBO. This is worst case as he could get the PSU paid for by his brother. He is trying to persuade me that AMD is better.

So last night, I was trying to use the Maverick theme on Win7 to change the appearance from windows to ubuntu. But when I got to the "Aero blur removal tool" (Removes the blur around the edges of windows), it f*cked up my windows. Now whenever I open up a windows (steam, file explorer, firefox) the window is blank. It is completely clear, just showing nothing but the border and the background behind the window. Any help is appreciated greatly to get me back to working order.

Two of the most marvelous things about the world that are present at all times and show up unexpectedly are the statutes of God and Science. As a strong believer in God I do solely believe that god created the Heavens and Earth in 6 days. Scientists have been pressured to discredit God and theorize the creation into elements that they can't even explain to their existence. I'm not saying all scientists are bad, infact I never stated any were, but some have come up with truly marvelous theories and ideas about the way we interact with our selves and the planets. Just an example is from Winfried Schumann. He proposed that the earth creates a resonance from it's revolutions at a proposed 7.83Hz. Now for you math and band geeks this is about equal to a B note sub 2. But the deeper meaning is, Why did God choose this considering we can't see him, nor hear this frequency, but we know they exist.

Samething, rocked in my haf912 case and had high usage at most-all times . Got to the point where it won;t even load and checkdisk couldn;t scan certian areas, or was just slow. Crystal disk says it is fine. Sometimes ram is high at 4-5 gigs, how of 2 -> 4 gig sticks. Accidently Wd sent me a 1.5TB instad of a 1TB. Anyway, same issue. High usage. Changing Paging in W8 Pro 64 dosen't help. Maybe it is settings tied to Microsoft account that I use to login to W8. Anyway the problem was their last time neverthe less the OS. i will try difrent ports (sata) (tried before) and diff cable (didn;t try before). Its usally alwasy 100% hiccups with 30-50% regular. Dosn;t take long to climb back again. I really need help people!

Today at 6pm (GMT) the second countdown came to an end and as the result, Valve announced the Steam Machines. This is the 2nd announcement out of the 3 as teased earlier (Thread about the teaser: LINK). The 3rd announcement will take place in 2 days yet again. The only thing I can think of now is one of the sequels being revealed. Just like we all expected Valve is bringing us the Steam Box however the official name isn't revealed yet but they are referred to it as Steam Machines. These new machines will be available for purchase in the beginning of 2014 and there will be a variety to chose from and they will be made by various manufactures. All of the prototypes for the lucky 300 beta users will be shipped for free this year! Valve also mentions that the machines will be hackable so that you will be able to put your own OS on it if you wish to do so. Even though the machine will be more oriented for the living room/TV experience you are still welcome to use your beloved mouse and keyboard. Valve said that during the beta program all of the users will be allowed to post pictures of the systems and all of the content they wish to. The idea behind the beta program will be to assist Valve with their decisions for both the OS and the machines themselves so that they can tweak and adjust anything that will come out unsatisfactory during the beta test. Just like Valve explains in the Question section of the page "A small number of users (30 or less) will be chosen based on their past community contributions and beta participation." which seems like a fair thing to do so that they are assured to receive a valid feedback from people that have already helped them in the past. What I think of this: Despite the fact that we aren't faced with any specifications and images of the "Steam Machines" just like 2 days ago with the reveal of Steam OS, we can sleep tight since 'Steam Box' is a thing and it's coming sooner that, at least I, anticipated. In my opinion Valve has takem a lot of good steps with both of the reveals making them as open to public as possible which effectively will bring more attention onto the subject as well as help to build up the hearts of the fans before the initial release of the machines and the operating system. The fact that they mention that hacking the machines is a thing and they don't mind it isn't all that surprising considering the fact that either way there would be someone that would find a way around any restrictions that Valve would make. The one thing that caught my eye but to some may not be too surprising is that fact that the system will be upgradable and openable meaning that Valve is trying to reduce such restrictions that we find on the consoles and still keep the core idea of it being a computer, however still providing a ready-to-go solution for the less geeky or console guys that will consider purchasing the beast Personally I only have my computer in the room and no TV but if Valves idea blooms with vibrant colours I may consider getting a TV and a Steam machine so that I can enjoy the controller experience from my bed 1st announcement from Valve: LINK Valve's Countdown Page: LINK Source: LINK
