Both of these two devices use Qualcomm Snapdragon 835. But their performance is different. How about make a video about these two devices? And which one is more cost-effecive?

So everyone seems to be pissed at the OnePlus folk for the pricing on the OP5 but let me draw a comparison, I switch from an iPhone 6S to the OnePlus3T which I bought outright since it's the best way to do it for me which cost £399 and right now on the OnePlus site the OnePlus5 is £449 which to me is actually a ridiculously good deal, I mean sure it's not water proof but good for me I don't tend to drop it in water (touch wood). I'm just not sure why everyone is ragging on it when a lot of people do like £40 > £60 monthly contracts for two years and suddenly have the gal to say that's it's either too expensive or a waste of money as I am actually impressed they are doing so well with such niche hardware against the likes of Apple / Samsung. Buy OnePlus 5: Amazon: http://geni.us/EqjwU OnePlus: http://geni.us/vkAZw The OnePlus One really shook up the mobile industry... but in their FIFTH iteration, has OnePlus still found a way to stand out from the pack?

I'm from the Netherlands and I need a phone, I already have a contract. My 2 year old lg g3 has died, wifi doesnt work, battery life of max 4-6 hours (even when screen off) and now im surviving on a galaxy s3 mini. I was about to buy the Oneplus 5 but €500 is really at the top of my budget, and I'm got to upgrade my pc too so I'd rather not spend too much money in a short time. My priorities are: Camera quality (including selfie and low light performance) Battery time A 1080p display is good enough, 1440p isn't necissary. Android 6 to 7, I don't want to buy a new phone every 2 years Headphone jack. No doubt. I've been looking at the Axon 7 Honor 8 (but I don't think I'll like the Emotion UI) P10 lite Nokia 6 (I can try in the stores next week so I'll check it out there, I'm a bit frightened of the SD 430 thats inside of it.) Moto G5 Plus and z play seem really good, but I absolutely hate the bulky look and feel of the devices. Sony xperia XA1 ultra has also gotten my attention My budget is ( as I said) up to €500

So, a couple of days ago I dropped my OnePlus 3 in the sink in my bathroom while the water was running. So, my immediate reaction is to grab my phone out of the water, and turn it off. Left it turned off while I was going to school, still had it with me though. In class, my phone automatically booted up randomly - I wasn't even touching it - and I immediately turn it off again. A minute later, it does the same. Turn it off again. So it stops turning on randomly for a while. I put it in my pocket when school is done and I get home. After I get home, I go to the train station and I pull my phone out of my pocket out of habit, because I wanted to know what the time was. And it had been automatically turned on again. I checked its uptime and it was about 1 hour. So I figured it would have been done for already if it had taken any damage. Not needing the WiFi for a few days because I was travelling meant that I had WiFi turned off. So I turn it on today and it won't connect to the WiFi in my home. All other devices will. So I check with other networks, no luck there. Everything else in the phone works just fine, cellular data too. It can find all the networks in the area. But when I try to connect, it says "Connecting" and then "Saved". Sometimes after trying to connect, it says "Disabled" instead of "Saved", then goes back to saying "Saved" a few seconds later. I wonder if there might be any permanent damage in my phone. I am a bit confused, because it can still search for networks. Or does anyone have a fix for this?

A really simple question, does the oneplus 3 support m4a audio files?

Hello everyone,I am thinking of buying a oneplus 3t but I might have found a problem...In the oneplus store, you can buy a normal Tempered Glass Screen Protector and a Curved Tempered Glass Screen Protector which will cover (almost) the whole screen. My question is, will this curved screen protector cause any problems when combined with the protective cases of oneplus? Thanks in advanceTom

So my iPhone took a dump on me a while ago and I just didn't want to replace it with another smartphone so I went with a cheap flip phone for 15 bucks off of amazon. But now I've got the itch for a smartphone again so I need your guys and gals help. What should I get...should I get one of those or something entirely different. Budget: $450 (american) Uses: Use my phone for YouTube and movie watching more than my computer. Gaming: I use my computer for that...duh Choices: Axon 7, Oneplus 3, or something similar to them. (also never getting another iPhone again...I don't know why i went swapped from android to apple in the first place.)

Hey, the OnePlus 3T went on sale in the USA today, does anyone know when it will be available globally?

I got my Oneplus 3 less than a week, but i noticed today that I have a minor Gap between the camera lens and the frame where it sits in. The gaps already has some dust in it. Is this normal?

The ZTE Axon7 and Oneplus 3 are both around ~$520 cad, where the baseline Oneplus 3t (64GB) is $599. Naturally I'll wait for some blackfriday sales, but it seems the axon7 and oneplus 3 are pretty comparable, any glaring issues with either?

Buy OnePlus 3T on Amazon: http://geni.us/MpozgHD The OnePlus 3T is a surprisingly quick iterative update... Is it worth the extra cost?

Hello ! So it’s been almost 2 years since I got my iPhone X and I love it, I could keep it but the front and rear glass are totally shattered and it’s a real bummer. I would like to keep this phone but it’s like a ~300$ repair. I need your advice, do you think it’s better to keep this phone shattered for one more year and wait for the next iPhone 2020, repair this iPhone and keep it longer or switch to Android ? I’m a photographer and I really value image quality and screen accuracy. I’d also like my phone to be decently fast even 3 years later. First I tough the Pixel 3 was a right choice but it’s really expensive and laggy, from the reviews I saw this phone is not fast at all. I was thinking maybe about getting the OnePlus 7 when the OP 7T rolls out but I really don’t know. Before my iPhone I had a OP 2 (and it was horribly laggy) and I think I can switch from iOS to android pretty easily even tho it’s really annoying. I don’t give myself a budget I just wanna know the options available So that’s all, thank you so much for you answer!

Source: The Verge | OnePlus Forums - Pete Lau's Post The OnePlus TV has been announced officially by Pete Lau, founder of OnePlus, earlier today. Pete Lau has said that the OnePlus TV will be exclusive to India for an indefinite amount of time, explaining that they have seen great success in India and have elected to give India the OnePlus TV first, and Pete Lau re-assured us that OnePlus are aiming to launch the TV in other expanded regions later. Pete Lau also explained why OnePlus decided to launch a TV in his forum post: I feel like this is a nice direction for the company to go as their moniker of being the 'flagship killer' has kind of worn off after having aimed for the big buys with their recent phones. It will be interesting for sure to see if India - for now - has a positive reception towards the OnePlus TV. I read Pete's post and he says that OnePlus are aiming for good quality in all fronts for their new TV, everything from visual quality, sound clarity, and even a nice-looking design, so at least we know they've got the mindset for enterting a new vertical segment in the industry. I find OnePlus with this move to be liken to the likes of Samsung and LG whom are very dominant in multiple segments of the technology industry, we'll have to see if OnePlus has the strength to follow suit.

So I've been shopping around for new smartphones and have been looking at buying the Oneplus 7 Pro, however I have read there has been issues with using it on the Verizon network. I understand you need to call Verizon and set it as a CDMA-less device, which is fine and dandy. However I am more concerned about dropped incoming calls coming from iPhones also on the Verizon network. I heard there may be a software patch that was made to fix this problem but I only saw it on one website and wasn't able to verify the information. Does anyone know additional info about this? Or has a Oneplus 7 Pro on Verizon?

So I currently have the official (in the box) OnePlus cable (https://www.oneplus.com/uk/product/oneplus-warp-charge-30-type-c-cable), but after a couple of years it had gotten frayed near the ends. So do OnePlus do braided cable or if not, what it the best 3rd party one? Thanks!

So OnePlus just released the OnePlus 7T. - 90hz, HDR10, 6.55 inch display - Snapdragon 855+ - 8gb ram - 128gb UFS 3.0 storage - Triple camera lens : zoom (x2), regular and wide angle (118°) - Better haptic feedback - 70% charge in 30 minutes - Android 10 - Still a teardrop notch It looks like this (so, pretty similar to the Huawei Mate 30 Pro) : For 599$ What do you guys think ? Source : https://www.oneplus.com/7t

so i was wondering whether to get the OnePlus 7 Pro now or wait for the OnePlus 7t pro what do you guys think i'm still grinding out the cash to buy but i give it 2 more weeks until i get the cash

I'm choosing a phone for my mom and I'm between choosing these two. I don't know how but they are available in my country for the same price (700 Euros). An important factor for my mom is the back camera and the battery quality. So which one is better taking this into consideration?

So, I bought a DBrand Grip last june and my partner did too, now his started falling apart in november of last year, a mere 5 months after buying it. The soft shell part started to come away from the hard shell around the edges of the phone, he contacted DBrand and they sent him a replacement. And now yet another 5 months later this new one is failing in the same way. I thought it was an isolated incident with the first case, maybe a bad batch from that time but now the new one has done the same... and the icing on the cake as it were is now mine has done the same, it fell apart in January of this year, 6 months from purchase date, so ofcourse I contacted DBrand support in pursuit of a new case and that would be the end of that. I would have been perfectly happy with a new Grip. But no... Now my partner has a OnePlus 6T for context and I have the Samsung S10 Plus. When I contacted their support I was Implicitly told that essentially they dont make them for the S10 Plus anymore. At that time the phone from release date wasnt even a year old. They discontinued a case for a 1year old flagship device... and yet if you look at their site its firstly still listed but just as out of stock, secondly they still carry cases for phones years older. What im trying to get at here is that firstly DBrands ongoing device support for the Grip is shockingly bad and secondly (more importantly) the quality of the device is abysaml. It costs £40 and has worse build quality than cases ive had for this phone that cost less than half that. This isnt exactly an isolated incident, a few friends of mine bought the Grip on my recommendation and they've had theirs fall apart to. They havent even bothered to get a replacement just asked for their money back and gone back to their old case. In their opinion if it falls apart once. Its not worth their time and energy waiting for the next one to do that, and they are correct due to the partners second one failing too. When I did contact their support I did eventually get my money back for the case but to be honest thats really not the point of all of this. The point is the quality of the product is awful and their long term device support is just as bad. (for the grip at least). Im kinda interested to see if this has happened to anyone else, has anyone else had issues with their grip or know anyone who has. Currently Im having to superglue my case back together every few weeks whilst I save up to purchase my old solution for every phone ive had before this. A Rhinoshield Bumper case, and a DBrand Skin. Least that case doesnt fall to pieces after a few months...

Hi, I'm from India on the lookout for a good mid-range android phone that'd last me for about 3 years. I am eyeing at pixel 3a and OnePlus 7t or I might wait for pixel 4a but it's kinda confusing because of the gap between their specs and camera quality. So which one really is a better device out of the two? Or any other recommendations? Currently I've been using Xiaomi Redmi Note 5pro (4/64, Snapdragon 636) for the past 18 months and it gets the job done. But the camera is average at best. I've attached sample pictures of day and night for reference. The software is good compared to anything in its price range (14,000₹/about 200$) but kinda wonky at some things. The usage and requirements Daily and frequently: Ofcourse calling Streaming movies and shows Photography Social media apps and browsing Music/audiobooks/podcasts on the go Reading Rarely: Playing casual games (nothing competitive like pubg) Photoshop/Lightroom/PicsArt Priority: Good camera Preferably no moving parts like a pop up camera And an easy going battery life (about 6-7 hours of screen time on 1 charge)
