My Logitech G602 is seemingly out of the blue, give me a Code 43 Error. I had gone away for the day and used my G602 on my Chromebook, and came home and plugged the G602 back into my PC and it gave me the Code 43 Error. I have changed batteries, uninstalled drivers, updated drivers, unplugged the power supply for 1 minute and still haven't found a fix More info, under "Universal Serial Bus Controllers" is where the mouse shows up and it is labeled as "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) Any Ideas on how to fix this ? Edit: plugged it into another windows 10 PC with the same error

The past few days I have been having issues with input within Windows 11. Where my mic will not pick up any audio. However if I check windows settings, I can see clearly that Windows itself is getting audio via my microphone but all the applications on my pc will not. (Discord, OBS, etc) Only way for it to work when it cuts out is out of 2 ways. Unplugging the dongle and them plugging it back in, disabling the mic and reenabling it through windows. This issue is really starting to piss me off, any ideas on a fix. I have already tried uninstalling the device + driver within device manager and reinstalling Logitech GHub.

Hi, I want to buy new gaming mouse and logitech g502 hero caught my attention. I've been reading through the reviews and noticed that not a small amount of people are having this so called double click issue (The mouse clicks twice instead of once in approx. 1 out of 100 clicks) few months after the bought the mouse, there are also other people who have had the mouse for years and didn't even know something like this is a thing. Now I wanna gather some more information about this issue, because I obviously don't want my mouse to start malfunctioning like this. Does anybody know if this was only a factory issue or a design flaw? How often do people get these malfunctioning mice and is it even worth buying?

Hi Guys! I've scouered the internet for months now looking for an answer to this problem, but I couldn't really find any solution: I have a small video showing the issue: https://youtube.com/shorts/SRwuU04vTf4?feature=share The G935 was a great Headset for me and I was happy that I could use it wirelessly with my new Occulus Quest 2... But after I installed the OQ2 sometimes my headset would just randomly disconnect and reconnect non-stop. Sometimes, when I start up the system the Headset would start deactivated in the Windows 10 Sound settings. After activating it the issue with the constant disconnect-reconnect would start again. I suspect a driver issue, so initially I did a complete fresh reinstall of all drivers and the GHub. Didn't help. I deinstalled the GHub. Didn't help. I deinstalled the occulus and its drivers. Didn't help. I reinstalled the G935 in a new USB-port. That helped, but it showed up "deactivated" in GHub. I reinstalled the G935 using regular Windows Drivers. That deactivated the device in the sound settings. After I activated it manually the issue returned. Anyone any idea? If not that means I have bought a 130€ headbrick... Thanks!

Greeting everyone how are you doing? I recently changed my old mouse to a Logitech g203 mouse, and that's when problems started with me. Whenever I move the mouse the CPU usage in task manager raises up to +20% if I violently move my mouse all over the place. I thought this was something normal that I noticed before, but it also affected my gaming experience. Depending on the game, I get around 5-30 FPS drop when moving my mouse. For example COD Warzone if I run in a straight line it runs at 70FPS as soon as i try to turn my camera FPS drops to around 40-45FPS then goes up again when I stop moving my mouse. Things I tried to fix the issue: Tried running the same mouse on a different system, worked perfectly with no hiccups. Tried uninstalling Logitech G-Hub, didn't make any difference. Tried re-installing my AMD drivers using DDU in safe mode, same problem Bought a cheap mouse for testing, works perfectly with no increase in CPU usage. Decreasing the polling rate all the way to 125HZ, reduced the problem but it's present. Decreasing the DPI, besides making the experience horrible, didn't help at all. I am out of ideas to what I should try, I really like this mouse and it isn't cheap here in Egypt. But this stupid problem is preventing me from having any good experience with it. System Specs: CPU: Intel core I5 4570 3.4 GHZ GPU: AMD radeon rx580 4gb gddr5 Ram:16GB 4x4 ddr3 1600mt/s Mouse: logitech g203 Thank you for your time, any help will be appreciated.

Right now I'm using a Tecware EXO+, a $20 Model O clone with a 3327 instead of a 3360, which I had a great time with. But after a year and a half, a side button gave in since I bind it to something in almost every game I play, and I'm looking for a decent replacement. The rest of the mouse is working fine though but I just don't want to be bothered to adjust my muscle memory again. I've thought of just buying another copy, but the durability of the side buttons is a concern. I've seen many recommend the G102/203 as the default best mouse for $20, I've bought them before when they first came out, but the clicks malfunctioned in 3months and had to replace the switches myself since RMA'ing a product is a bit of a hassle in my country. Does anyone know if these QC issues has been fixed already? If they are, I'm open to trying them again. Another recommendation I've seen is the Asus TUF M3, they look good on paper, but I've seen some mixed opinions on these (click latency, sensor delay issues etc.). And the Fantech X17 which is apparently a popular local brand, which also looks good on paper, but I can't find any comprehensive reviews about them except for those product page buyer reviews, which are mostly positive. Other recommendations or insights are welcome, If it matters, I don't play competitive FPS, but software support is a must for me since I use it often to remap buttons both for games and work.

I bought this headset about a month ago and the first day i tried it, it sounds just like what i recorded. Then the next day the noise decreased and my friends in discord said my voice is ok already. And then today suddenly it starts to sound like this again and idk what went wrong. When i tried to record myself in the g hub, it sounds ok with the high voice soft preset. I can still hear the noise but its really suppressed. But when i test it in discord, i can clearly hear the noise like my recording. And if i use the low voice soft preset in g hub, it sounds bad too. I've been using low soft preset all these times because if i use high voice soft, my voice in discord is cut, like, when i say 5 words my friends only heard 3 words, i say a 5 alphabet word and they only hear from the third alphabet, and i didnt even enable the noise reduction in discord setting. so i use the low soft preset because it catches my voice more. But then i got problem with this noise. Anyone know what could cause this and how to fix it? 2021-10-28 21-59-59.mp4

Hi, i've been using my G915 TKL for a while now and I really enjoy it. However, the keycaps are ABS which facilitates some greasiness over time. I clean the keyboard every 1-2 weeks to prevent it. Any owner that knows if there are PBT replacement keycaps for the G915 for sale anywhere? I also have a nordic layout which might be tricky to find.

So first of all I always had wired headsets and am now looking for a new wireless one cus chair reasons... I have found on various websites these headsets: The Astro A50 gen4, the Logitech g935 and Logitech Pro X wireless lightspeed. I am undecided between headsets. From what I can tell from reviews online the A50 seems to be better for gaming, but when seeing reviews from like LTT I hear the g935 has better sound quality for the price. If anyone has any opinions or any suggestions for better ones? And before anyone says i have watched the video, was just wondering if any new headsets came out by then...

Hey peeps, I bought an Aula L2098 back in March and since then, I've used it very very lightly (I'm only home 3 days a week) and recently it started to fail. Many keys just stopped working so I'm going to get a new keyboard. I'm considering the Logitech G910 orion spectrum and I've seen many mixed reviews about it. The thing about it is here in Egypt it's kinda cheap (2000 egp) compared to corsair K95 (almost 4000 egp) or even the K70. I'd like some feedback from anyone using it or have used it. Thanks

Hello Would request your help to fix the microphone issue with my new headset. It is a logitech H111 with single cable/jack for speakers and Microphone. When i plug in to the laptop (TravelMate B113-M) in the port, it seems that it is not recognizing the device. I can hear the sound in the speaker but not able to record/speak. Thanks Enzo

Hi, so I recently purchased a TV (a Samsung TU7020 to be exact) and while it does not have RAC out or AUX out, it does have Optical and eARC. Doing a bit of digging I found (through this website : https://www.rtings.com/tv/tests/inputs/5-1-surround-audio-passthrough ) that it should support passthrough of 5.1 sound through the optical and HDMI. The question is what do I need to put between my TV and my 5.1 system (which is a Logitech Z607 ) to make it work. Ideally I would like so that anything connected to the TV woud passthrough its audio through HDMI into the TV then into the speakers with the sound only comming out of them. Is this even possible ? If it is what are/is the best solution ? Thank you for any help you give me as I'm quite new to anything sound related that isn't a soundbar.

So my mouse's left click is busted and other buttons are not performing well (It was a Redgear Manta 2.1 Combo) So, after a bit of searching, I found these 2 mice to my liking: Logitech G304 Logitech G402 I personally like the wireless one, but its like 1K (INR) expensive than the G402. I'm not a professional player by any stretch, though I'm trying to get back into shooters. I dont know anything about the differences in specs of above two, kindly guide me. Thanks!

I use a logitech 5.1 speaker system paired with another logitech 2.1 speaker system to achieve 7.1 audio on my z77a-g45 motherboard. With both speaker systems there are 4 plugs total. Would I be able to use my current setup to achieve 7.1 with this sound card?

razer Is it normal to have bad aim on shifting to a new mouse?
Sir_Doge posted a topic in Peripherals
Hi, I just shifted to a Razer Viper Mini from a Logi G102 LS White and my Aim in Games is horrible. Is it because of new mouse shape, weight and sensor difference that will take some time to adjust to? I have set Razer @1800dpi and Logi was @1600dpi. My grip is somewhat of a hybrid type I think. -
im writting this with sticky hands on a sticky keyboard on a sticky desktop I dried it with a towel straight away and right now is sitting on our roof to the sun at and angle (advice from my patents) It got spilled to the top and the side buttons stopped working correctly and were pouring coffe even several minutes afterward, the dpi button suffered the most. Later they started working correctly all but were still filled with coffe every time i gripped it.

So, a few days ago I started to search for a new speaker and a friend of mine recommended the ultimate ears wonderboom 2. I searched about it and found that the first model has a 10W speaker, but when searching for the wonderboom 2, this information is totally hidden, instead, it only tells how many Db the speaker produces. I even tried to email the Logitech support and this was their answer: For me it just feels like they rebranded the first model and are trying to hide it out. What do you guys think about this?

My G502 Hero is not recognized by LGS, or GHUB, or the Firmware updater. All drivers are updated, reinstalled both programs, drivers, and restarted 5+ times, tried everything. I really have no clue where to go from here. It worked fine up until like 2 days ago and my binds were stored in the mouse's memory. Lights turn on, shows up as an HID-compliant mouse, cant find any actual g502 hero drivers to try and force install, and even the mouse firmware updater doesn't recognize that the mouse is plugged in. Im plugged into a usb 3.0 port, tried all the direct ports on my laptop (omen laptop 15 I think (8th gen i7 and gtx 1060)) I even tried on my usb c usb hub.
