AMD A6-7310 APU with AMD Radeon R4 Graphics 2.00 GHz 8GB Ram WIndows 10 What FPS would I get?
-
I am trying to get my friend into PC gaming by building a £90 PC that can run GTA V better than a Xbox 360. I was thinking a core 2 Quad or a first gen i3/i3 (all £5-£10 from Cex) the i3 is cheapest, a GTX 470 or 480 for 10-20, a cheap motherboard 30-40 and a 30 psu also need RAM. I don't need a case but I need a decent solution for that so.... IDK. Any ideas?

So I got a new problem with GTA V that wasn't there before. Whenever I'm playing it, I get low FPS around the 40s to 50s. However the GPUs are not used at all, both GPUs are peaking at 50% usage. I'm playing at 1440p on a 144Hz G-Sync Display with everything maxed out except the extra settings, I got those turned off. My CPU is a 4790K at 4,5GHz, peaking at 80% ingame and I'm using 10GB of my 16GB of RAM. Is there any way to teach GTA V to use all the potential of the GPUs?

Hello guys! Today i just got mad at my system performance and i want to solve it. I have i5 4460 and Gtx 1070FE and from what i read, the gtx may bottleneck a little bit in an cpu intensive games. But when i switched from GTX970 to GTX1070 i dont see any difference in GTAV (i know is highly cpu intensive but still). I must have everything on medium/high to run at 50-60fps (VSync off) Iam thinking of getting (used) i7 4790 and sell the i5 i have. Will it really help a lot? I dont want to spend more money just to gain +10fps and it will be still laggy. I mean, is that i5 4460 really that bad? it performs really poorly. Iam gaming only on single monitor 1080p Thank you for your advice My PC Specs from profile so you dont have to open another window. A few days ago I decided I'd want to get back into GTA V with some friends, so I decided to re-download it. The problem here is that the download speed from the Rockstar social club (as I don't have it on Steam) is just depressingly slow. I at first just decided to let it do its thing for a while, getting it to around 20GB. Afterwards though, it has slowed down to crawl with average speeds of 50-200KB/sec. Anybody know how to fix this? I have a gigabit internet connection, and things like steam games can reach 60MB/sec so I know for sure my connection isn't the problem. Thanks in advance!

Using a self driving program call Universe with the integration of GTA V, developers who are building self driving cars can now train it, in the world of GTA V. The program is part of the DeepDrive project, built and maintained by Craig Quiter, who works for Otto and had recently delivered over 50,000 cans of beer over 120miles (193km) using a self driving truck. To start, all they need is to purchase a copy of the game, download the Universe program, and they're all set. The program includes a demo self driving agent, where developers can try it out. It can later on be replaced with one of their own self driving agents, where they can test it to see how well it works. GTA V is used for this test is due to it's almost realistic environment and driving conditions, where it has, road signs, bikes, pedestrians, construction, and plenty of other obstacles that mirrors real life driving. This helps developers, test out their self driving cars without the need to hit the actual road. http://www.theregister.co.uk/2017/01/12/gta_v_open_ai_universe/ https://openai.com/blog/GTA-V-plus-Universe/

So my cousin has a problem with his Gtx 980, i5 4460 and gta 5 (online). He plays on 1080p with ultra settings and gets frequent framerate dips and sometimes constant framerates below 60. Whats suspicious about this is that he has both of his parts from me and I used them before for 1440p and i saw no or very very rare dips below 60 on the same settings. I personally think that it is due to a driver problem because every other game runs fine. I know that gta is a cpu intensive game but only one step down in resolution shouldn't result in a cpu usage of 100%. Thank you for your ideas

Hey all, I recently reinstalled Windows and am trying to load up GTA V. However, whenever I try to play it from Steam, I keep getting an error message that the Launcher stopped working and the game will close. I tried installing from my backup, as well as downloading the game again, but I keep getting this message. Has anyone else encountered this? If so, what should I do to fix this? Thanks!

I have a mid range gaming laptop that's I guess about 3 years old It has core i5 4200 U (dual core), an amd radeon hd 8670m 2GB dedi. graphic card, 8 gb ram Earlier I couldnt run far cry 4 as it needs 4 cores but using extreme injector i was able to play the game at decent 25-30 fps at medium settings. So is there any way to run Gta V on this laptop by doing something like this?

Hey Guys I recently bought GTA V but after some time I noticed huge framedrops especially when driving fast but sometimes even the sound disappears for a small fraction of time. I'm kind of guessing that my CPU or RAM is the problem but I'm not sure so it would be nice if you could take a look at my setup and tell me if it's simply to bad for GTA V. Note: I started at 2560x1440 but lowered it to 1920x1080 but it didn't change anything Setup (only the important parts): CPU: i7 3770 @ 3.4 Ghz GPU: Nvidia GTX 1070 Memory: 2x 4 GB DDR3 @ 1866

Hello there! I have a Core 2 Duo machine (E7500 OC @3.35ghz) paired with a GTX 970. Basically, my new motherboard for my new CPU is taking some time to deliver. So, I am stuck with this for the moment. I was thinking of playing GTA V and was thinking what settings to play on. I have two displays, one is 1920x1080 @ 60HZ and the other is 1280x800 @ 75HZ. Is choosing any make it more cpu dependent? I am also confused on how game settings work. If i choose low settings, lets say cpu workload is x and gpu workload is y. If i choose high settings, will cpu workload stay at x and gpu workload increase from y or does cpu workload also increase? GTA V is a terrible game for this type of setup as it is more CPU dependent, i know. Thanks for taking the time to read!

So I used to be able to run GTA V at max-ish settings and watch youtube videos at the same time. A year or so later, I started playing the game again, running at lower settings for better performance, and I am unable to watch youtube videos on a 2nd monitor anymore as they either freeze or slow down and stutter. Nothing in my system has changed since a year ago other than a better cpu cooler. (intel stock to Corsair H55) This would be really useful as I would love to be playing right now while watching the WAN show Specs: Intel i5-4670k OC to 3.9GHz Palit GTX 960 4GB OC to 1126MHz on GPU and 3801 on VRAM 16GB corsair vengeance RAM Corsair CX600M PSU (600W) Gigabyte B85-HD3 motherboard SanDisk 240GB Boot SSD (GTA is installed on here, as well as chrome) WD 2TB HDD Windows 10 enterprise 64bit fully up to date. (I've tried windows 10 game mode, hasn't helped)

Hey all, I've been wondering about this for some time ... will I get banned if I use GTA V redux for singleplayer and attempt to log on the MP? If so, is there a comparable graphics mod that I can use which won't compromise my account? Thanks

The game runs fine at 30-40 fps when driving and 50-60+ when not with all the settings down to Normal except for the Texture Quality which is set to Very High. Res is 1366x768 with FXAA on, running on DX10. The game was fine the first couple of days but yesterday I wanted to experiment with the settings and tweak some stuff, after changing any setting there is a chance for my game to show these weird colors/textures outta nowhere! I'm guessing its my GPU.. its a budget one, not that great. What can I do here? Hello, everyone! I'm 19 years old, I've just finished school and I'm going to university. I'm going to study software development, but I'm interested in hardware too, maybe more. So I've made an entry-level Gaming PC build, and I will be glad if you guys give me your opinion and advice to make it better. The goal is: budget gaming build (High - Very High settings), at a decent frame rate. All prices are for new hardware. (7/5/2017) I present you my project "700$ Gaming". (At the end you will find Frame Rate tests on some of the popular titles.) Processor - i3-7100 Graphics Card - GTX 1050 Ti SSC Ram - Corsair vengeance 8gb ddr4 2400mhz black Motherboard - ASUS Prime H270 PLUS Power Supply - EVGA 500 W1 Solid State Drive - Kingston Digital HyperX FURY 240GB Hard Drive - WD Blue 1TB Case - be quiet! PURE BASE 600 WINDOW Black/Orange 2 Fans - White 2 Pack LED Case Fan 120mm 700$ (7/5/2017) CPU 115$ - At the price of 115$, I've chosen the Intel i3-7100 for our CPU. This CPU was released in January this year - 2017. The i3-7100 offers 3.9MHz, and it's not overclockable. Number of cores: 2, and 4 threads. The blue team processor is from the new Kaby Lake family. With a 3MB Level 3 Cache, 512KB Level 2 cache, and 128KB Level 1 cache. One of the most important benefits of this processor is the DDR4 support, we will use DDR4-2400 ram, one of the fastest RAM memories on the market. The maximum operating temperature is 100 degrees. Due to its new architecture, there is a support of DX12 so as our GTX 1050Ti that we will use. This combination offers great gaming experience! First I've chosen the i3-6100 CPU, but I found that for few dollars more (2$ on Amazon) we can grab this bad boy, with a higher ram support (2400mhz, and 1866mhz for the i3-6100) and 0.200mhz more power. Compared with the AMD FX6300, the i3-7100 offers from 5 to 12 fps more, in most games. https://www.amazon.com/Intel-i3-7100-Desktop-Processor-BX80677I37100/dp/B01NCESRJX Motherboard 100$ - ASUS motherboard with a support for i7 processors (1151 LGA), which is great for future upgreades. 4 x DIMM, Max. 64GB, DDR4 2400/2133 MHz Non-ECC, Un-buffered Memory Dual Channel Memory Architecture. 1 x PCIe 3.0/2.0 x16 (x16 mode) 1 x PCIe 3.0/2.0 x16 (max at x4 mode) 4 x PCIe 3.0/2.0 x1 6 x SATA 6Gb/s port(s) 8 x USB 3.0 port(s) (4 at back panel, blue, 4 at mid-board) 6 x USB 2.0 port(s) (2 at back panel, , Type-A, 4 at mid-board) OS : Windows® 10 64-bit Windows® 8.1 64-bit Windows® 7 32-bit Windows® 7 64-bit Great budget motherboard for gamers. An ATX motherboard.https://www.amazon.com/ASUS-PRIME-H270-PLUS-LGA1151-Motherboard/dp/B01N2RNQKE GPU 140$ - The most important part of a gaming build - the Graphics Card (GPU). I've chosen a Nvidia product - the GeForce GTX 1050 TI SSC GAMING from EVGA. This model of the 1050 Ti offers 2 fans for extra cooling, and I think it's worth the extra 10$ from the 1 fan model, for better cooling. It's a GDDR5, 128bit GPU with a base clock of 1366MHz (which can be overclocked to 1480MHz). The maximum resolution is 7680x4320@60Hz, which means it supports 4k. With a rated board TDP of 75W, it relies entirely on the PCI Slot for power, meaning no extra connectors are required. In my opinion, this is the best budget solution, for good gaming experience, on the marker for now. First I've chosen the RX 460 4GB, but with some research, I found that the GTX 1050 Ti offers bigger frame rates in most games, with a higher MHz power. I will post FPS test results on some games at the end! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MF7EQJZ RAM 60$ - Thanks to our CPU and motherboard, we can use one of the fastest RAM memory on the market - DDR4 2400MHz. Ought to you can get more than 8GB, it's not necessary and rarely games need more than 8GB of RAM. But in future, you can add another 8GB stick. https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Vengeance-2400MHz-Memory-Black/dp/B01ARHBBPS/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1494148857&sr=8-6&keywords=DDR4+2400 PSU 36$ - And last but not least - power supply, the heart of every computer. The EVGA company offers stable and reliable products. For our needs 500W of power is enough to give life to everything. https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-WHITE-Warranty-Supply-100-W1-0500-KR/dp/B00H33SFJU/ref=sr_1_10?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1493921699&sr=1-10&keywords=PSU&refinements=p_n_feature_keywords_two_browse-bin%3A6906984011 HDD 50$ - For the hard drive, I've chosen a standard WD Blue 1TB SATA 6 Gb/s 7200 RPM. Enough space for most gamers nowadays. https://www.amazon.com/Blue-Cache-Desktop-Drive-WD10EZEX/dp/B0088PUEPK/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1493921843&sr=1-1&keywords=hard+drive&refinements=p_n_feature_keywords_four_browse-bin%3A8067150011 SSD 80$ - Solid State Drives (SSD) are a lot faster than the old HDDs. Here is a standard 240GB disk, from Kingston, for a bit of extra speed in gaming. Why use SSD: A hard drive is essentially a metal platter with a magnetic coating that stores your data, whether weather reports from the last century, a high-definition copy of the Star Wars trilogy, or your digital music collection. A read/write head on an arm accesses the data while the platters are spinning. An SSD does functionally everything a hard drive does, but data is instead stored on interconnected flash memory chips that retain the data even when there's no power present. The Solid State Drives are a lot faster, but cost extra. https://www.amazon.com/Kingston-Digital-HyperX-SHFS37A-240G/dp/B00KW3MT7W/ref=sr_1_8?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1494149006&sr=1-8&keywords=SSD&refinements=p_n_feature_three_browse-bin%3A14027458011 Case 100$ - For the case, I've chosen the Be Quiet Pure Base 600 Windows case. For 100$ PC case, this product offers classy vision with side glass panel. The orange color adds a great look to our build. The best side of this case is the cable management opportunities. It offers very easy and compactable mounting for our parts. There is one back panel fan for extra cooling, and we will add 2 fans more. It's an ATX motherboard with, Water cooling ready for radiators up to 360mm on the front, top, and rear if you wish to upgrade. https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=2AM-0037-00027 Fans 13$ - For extra cooling, we will use 2 standard 12mm led fans. They add cooling to your system and a little bit of style with the led lights. https://www.amazon.com/Computer-Reinforced-Hydraulic-Illuminating-Performance/dp/B06XXGNHQJ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1493932192&sr=8-1-spons&keywords=pc+fan+120mm&psc=1 Here are some tests of popular games, using our build : Grand Theft Auto V (build-in benchamark) - 90FPS average CS:GO (High graphics 1080p) - 180FPS average The Witcher 3 (Ultra graphics 1080p) - 30FPS stable (40 fps High graphics) Fifa 17 (Ultra graphics 1080p) - 120FPS stable Battlefield 1 (Ultra graphics 1080p) - 50FPS stable DOOM 2016 (Ultra graphics 1080p) - 80FPS stable League of Legends (Ultra graphics 1080p) - 150FPS stable

Hi. I have a problem with my pc and don't know what is causing it. When playing games, specifically on high settings, I get weird rendering. Any fine lines are not drawn properly distant objects have periodic holes in them, hair isn't drawn correctly, and all lines seem jagged. I noticed it mostly in RotTR and GTA V being more demanding games. Below are a few images showing what I'm talking about. I've managed to rule out the following as causes: GPU - I first thought it was my gpu (Galax gtx 750 ti 2GB) so I upgraded it recently (to Gigabyte RX 480 4GB) CPU/MOBO - Tested the old gpu in a different but similar system to no prevail Monitor - Used both new and old gpu in my monitor (Samsung SyncMaster S23B300b) and TV (Samsung 40" Smart TV) Both of which are 1080p Display cables - In testing the monitor and tv I used a multiple cables The only thing that truly remained constant in the testing was my storage drive which runs my OS (Windows 7 sp1) and games. Could it be my OS, software or because my games are cra(cough)ked?

Hello, I downloaded GTA V onto my gaming pc a year ago and I did not make a folder specifically for it like I have for all my other games. I am going to be moving from my daily pc (old laptop) to my gaming rig to save space and keep things less hectic. The move won't be till after thanksgiving as I am waiting for Black Friday sales to come along for some SSDs. How can I take all the GTA V files and put them in a folder. The game was not downloaded from Steam or any other 3rd. party. This was straight from Rock Star. I want to try to refrain from deleting and then reinstalling, as installing it was a pain in the @$$! When I move to the gaming pc I want to be more organized and detailed than I have been on my laptop. So the more it can be that way before the move the better.

I'm on around a 800 to 900$ budget and I wanna get into GTA V. I'' looking for a good graphics card that will get me above 60 FPS semi constant. Price doesn't really matter as long as it's under 300 or about 50 over.

So I recently just bought a new hard drive because I had issues with my FPS in GTA V. The reason I thought the HDD was the issue is because most of the times when I was in-game it was pushed at 99-100%. Turns out that it improved my FPS overall , granted not by much , but I still have lag spikes from time to time when I go into highly populated areas. So now that I have that out of the way , what is causing these lag spikes? Here's a list of my PC specs : GPU : NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 960 2GB CPU : i3 4170 3.7 GHZ MEMORY : 4GB 1666 MHZ DDR3 STORAGE : SEAGATE 7200 RPM 1TB SATA III PSU : CORSAIR VS650 80 PLUS BRONZE
