Hello Linusians! I am thinking about changing my motherboard in a couple of months. I'm changing from the Gigabyte GA-H77-DS3H to the Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H. I'm running Windows 8.1 OEM. I wanted to know how I would go about this swap. Would I have to re-install Windows, or just the MB drivers? Thanks

A few days ago, I started a thread right here on Off-Topic. Long story short, that thread went against the Code of Conduct of the Linus Tech Tips forums. I'm sorry that I caused such a disturbance on here. Linus says that this forum has one of the best communities on the Internet, and I completely agree with him. I'm sorry for trying to put a bad mark on it. If any mods, admins or anybody are reading this, please know that this not a plea for any sort of kindness. I know that the thread in question was removed swiftly, but please feel free to do with my account as you please. Add as many warning points, ban me from certain threads, whatever. If you think that it is just, then go ahead and do it. I feel so bad.

Got some cheap-shit Chinese fan controller that doesn't even fit properly in my 5.25 inch bay. But it works.

I change my wallpaper on a borderline daily basis, so here are few of my most recent desktops. I know that these have all been taken on the same day. That's because I don't actually take a screenshot of my desktop everyday, so I just wanted to show you guys a few of my latest ones. BTW, my PC is a Hackintosh, but on OSX I only use a facet by Justin Maller.

Good god, have you never heard of a little something called, "wire management"? Please just redo everything. Hell, I'll do it for you. I won't even ask for money. I'll even be ready to pay you to let me redo the wires just so that that PoC doesn't have to exist. Otherwise, pretty good system. Though I would've liked to see an SSD. EDIT: Ok, so I actually saw all the pictures and I've come to the conclusion that the wires are quite colourful and spread out so it looks worse than it is. Still would suggest tucking some wires out of sight and maybe wrapping strands of colourful wires coming from one source (like the processor cooler's wire) with black electrical tape for a faux-sleeving effect.
