Cases are inherently silent. If you want a quiet system, don't use noisy fans.

Or Avast Free 2015+Malwarebytes. Either way OP need to specify what was the reason to compare both (replacing norton, searching for a free alternative, etc).

Yes it would run fine on 550w but if you are willing to spend on Noctua fans and 2400Mhz Ram don't cut it on the PSU.

    A Rosewill CAPSTONE 550 M  would do the job or a  SeaSonic G Series 550RM nor XFX 550G TS3X.

Since you got a new PSU, and the problem still exists, it must be your motherboard. If it's under warranty, get it RMA'ed.

Most R9 270x use two 6pin conectors and your CX430 only have a 4+2 (6pin) connector, so if you dont want to buy a new powersupply get a R9 270.

Yes, but it depends on circumstances. And if you really don't need that Pentium at 4.8 Ghz let it a 4.2 Ghz when you get your GPU.

I'd suggest watching FMA Brotherhood if you haven't already. It's good that you've watched the original since Brotherhood kind of makes it look like crap in comparison.
    Some random recommendations:
    Gurren Lagann
    Anohana
    Clannad
    Kyoukai no Kanata
    Yuru Yuri
    Ping Pong the Animation

    ^ Yes.

You're completely disregarding the value of a component like this Pentium. What if I don't want an $800+ gaming PC? What if I just want something casual for a really cheap price? What if I just want to upgrade my old desktop?
Combine it with a GTX 750 and you have a CASUAL (not extreme, not enthusiast) gaming rig for a good price.
Honestly, you argue like everybody is saying "YEA THIS WOULD GO PERFECT WITH A ####ING TITAN Z." Nobody is saying this is the next 5960X, just that it's a good value.

And actually this is the reason why Overclockers buy several cpus of the same model to see wich one clock higher to break OC records.

Well Pentiums are actually i3s with no hypertheading and a less powerful GPU's, since this ring will be for light gaming with a dedicate GPU the G3220 have almost the same performance as the G3528 at stock speed you can refer to this linus review. So going for a i3 will give you a little more multithreaded performance in daily tasks but in gaming will be almost the same unless you step onto a i5.

Pentiums are actually pretty decent Cpus for gaming with a decent GPU and are pretty cheap paired with h81 motherboards (no OC capabilities).

Yes, CM Silent Pro PSU´s are good power supplies but for a GTX 750 Ti they are a little overkill unless you can get the 420w or 520w M2 instead of the most common 620w version.
So a Seasonic S12II will mostly do the job with that GPU, depending of the rest of the specs of the build (that you should tell us).

    Quote form a similar topic

I will say no to the GTX 770 because of the PSU (the external brick) on the x51 that only gives you 330w.
The only option will be a GTX 760 (oem) or a non OC'ed version with a core clock of 980Mhz.
So i will say its not worth the upgrade unless you want to mod it and use a second PSU (a modular one) to power your GPU.

And you got another x51 topic running.

So i will say a GTX 660 no OCed version, like the x51 got from default.

Yeah the only "optimizer" that i will recommend its CCleaner, but the reason will be to clean your Browser and Windows temporals, etc like once a month if you feel like its taking your SDD space.
