Yeah that LED probably means something. Look for small text next to the LED. It should tell you what it means. If not, look at the manual (or the screenshot I posted of your manual). edit: Make sure you're looking at a debug LED, not a power LED. The power LED should be on, even when the computer is off (but plugged in). Debug LEDs only come on when the computer is actually on

Is it a new build? Make sure your monitor is connected to the graphics card, not the motherboard.

For AI / Deep Learning: Tesla v100 For workstation / content creation: Quadro GP100 should be able to handle it. But if you mean just the ones you listed in the tags, the 1060 should do ya just fine :*)
