Yeah, but keep in mind, most of this is still just rumours, and 3+ might just be a higher clocked zen 3 with a few other tweaks. Most of what I could find is APU leaks, which doesn't directly translate to the desktop chips
The driver updates don't fix this for everyone. Had the new drivers before ever even starting the game but still have this problem. Makes the area outside the city completely unplayable. Hope they fix this soon
Probably not for long. If there is any way to have a black market for the random in-game items it will be considered gambling. Only games where the in-game items are account bound and thus cannot be traded whatsoever will be allowed.
19 power phases? would think that would be a doubled 8 + 3 scheme. Why the hell would you need 19 phases? Guessing these chips would consume a lot of power.
I voted against as well. The current wording of the law is too flawed, not enough privacy guarentees in there. Come back and fix the law, then I can vote yes on not having a terribly outdated law.
The thing is. Belgium is trying to ban every in game purchase where one does not know exactly what he/she will get. This will be a big problem for games like MTG and Hearthstone as well.
