  1. Got tired of my old chair so bought a new one, Noblechairs Hero Will post a better pic after some cleaning and forthcoming upgrade(s)
  2. No problem, how could you know when I didn't say anything in OP
  3. I've started to plan for my new rig and I'm a bit tired of the bog standard cases and I want something different. n the vein of the QuadStellar and such, it can be quite big as I got roughly 50cm for it. Edit: Not interested in anything from ThermalFake.
  4. The kings at Seagate has launched 3 new drives, one 18TB HDD and 2 SATA SSD's. Quotes My thoughts Bigger disks, more space for a hoarder like me, bring it on! Sources https://blocksandfiles.com/2020/09/01/seagate-ironwolf-nas-drives/
  5. Fujifilm is working on a 400TB magnetic tape drive for archive storage. My thoughts While these drives are not for the average nerd (or even porn-hoarders) it's very interesting to see what can be achieved. 6. Nvidia has started an internal investigation into the RTX 3080 leak with Foxconn and BYD most likely suspects. Product and Sales manager was unaware of the design until he saw the leaks. 7. I know it's running android (for now) but it would be a great business/prouser phone if it ran Windows instead imho.
  8. I hope this comes for the Surface Duo Phone as well.
  9. Showa Denko K.K (SDK) is showing their new technique for much larger HDD's. HAMR stands for Heat-Assisted Magnetic Recording. The 80TB drives are a way off though, but 20TB and larger using the technique will arrive from Seagate later this year. Source: https://www.sdk.co.jp/english/news/2020/37882.html This is really good for us horders and finally HDD's starts get bigger as we've been stuck on 8-12TB for way too long.
  10. New keyboard (Varmilo VA109M Sakura MX Brown) and speakers (Audio Pro T14).
  11. Sadly not here in Sweden. It's around $1420 here.
  12. My current monitor is a Philips BDM4065UC that I've had since 2015, I love it but I want VRR (and maybe HDR). I bought an Asus TUF Gaming VG35VQ on Black Friday but I'm returning it since as soon as I unpacked I knew that Ultrawide ain't for me. At least not in that size and resolution. So what I'm looking for is a monitor that's at least 40", 3840x2160 with VRR (VESA Adaptive Sync or G-Sync), 75Hz or better is preferred but not a must and HDR is a bonus. My budget is around $1000
  13. It's VA panels. No one makes TN panels in these size (32" and larger). Philips also use VA panels in 99% of their screens.
