Even if AV says Malware is cleaned and everything looks fine, you have no idea what modification/changes the malware has done to your system.
What I would do:
Dump all important documents into pen drive. Wipe all PC drives. Fresh install Windows. Create a BitDefender Rescue Disk
Boot into the rescue disk, and scan recovered documents with Virus Scanner. The rescue disk uses a live Linux distro, so any Windows malware will very likely be inactive. Boot normally back into Windows and rehouse your backed up documents from the pen drive.
This may should paranoid, but this should give your absolute certainty that no traces of malware remain.
