I had my 49lj550m legs just snapped off and the tv fell forward. I had never seen anything like it but there was no one in the room and nothing on the TVs or near it. I was told I might be liable saying it doesn't just happen but I was wondering if anyone else ever had a similar issue or knows what I should do in this situation. I can 100% confirm the TV was setup like normal with no one touching it.

OS is stored on a NVME SSD, I also have 2 USB hard drives plugged in and one other NVME m.2 drive for more storage.

For the past few weeks every now and then my task bar won't be interactive, then after like 10 seconds everything I clicked all happens later. I also noticed on my second screen with my desktop shortcuts that randomly they sometimes flash to the default windows icons before going to their normal ones. I have a 10900k so I know it's not like a generic slow computer thing but not sure what the issue would be.

Thank you, also by chance do you know for a Asus Z490 Gaming E board if the second M.2 slot uses the chipset or would affect GPU bandwidth? I do have one M.2 SSD on the slot closer to the cpu and I know PCIE 3 has a lot less bandwidth to work with.

I saw recently there were a lot of articles about issues with it, but I saw there was a good deal on Amazon. Is the only issue really just the firmware needs to be updated? I saw the 970 EVO is only $10 cheaper, but I run a Z490 mobo with a 10900k so while I can't benefit from PCIE gen 4 I figured for the extra 10 bucks it might be worth it to future proof it but I am uncertain.

I mean people said the same thing a decade ago that all computers were going to shift to touch screens and that has yet to pan out still. While that is how tablets/phones work and a few people on laptops, I know no one who ever has used touch screen on desktop and personally I wouldn't ever want to anyways.

Same for me. Although strange I was looking into the samsung monitor, on newegg it says it is a 8 bit panel, LTT says 8 bit but Rtings and HU has it as 10 bit color, am I missing something?

I am looking to switch to 2 monitors but I need more room on my desk. So one of my monitors is an Asus PG258q which is a pretty heafty monitor and my secondary might be a Gigabyte M28u, which is also decently big. For the Gigabyte monitor I want it to be able to also switch to portrait view if I want to. So I see online there are single and double monitor mounts, is it better to get two separate single mounts or one combo one? Also I am looking for something beefy since these are heavy monitors and I would rather pay just a little more for good quality so they don't sag and can be mounted vertical if I want.

Have you heard anything about the msi optix mag281urf ? I saw it is available now but I can't find reviews anywhere and I never buy a product without a professional review done on it.

I already have a 1080p 240hz tn panel, so for competitive games I am still covered. I am going to get to some arm mounts to have this as my second screen. I want it primarily for single player sight seeing games. Also games like Genshin and Fallout 4 only support 60FPS anyways so my 2080 super should be enough. What I am looking for: Size no larger than 28 inches as my other monitor is 24.5 inch and not smaller than 24. High bit depth, or really I just want as little color banding in game as possible, seriously color banding drives me crazy so if anyone has suggestions about that let me know. I want the response times to be decent, doesn't have to be the fastest thing since I already have a monitor for that, but I just don't want extra smeary pixels. Good color, brightness, and at least 120Hz as going from 240hz to 60 just doesn't feel right.

So I finally decided to try mining as it's winter and electricity isn't that much right now so I can double as a slight heater. But I noticed that when I ran that my PC probably my GPU ran the fan speed to like max even though the temperature doesn't show as being crazy high. Also in task manager it shows almost zero GPU usage, is that normal? Also is there a way I can set to like only use a percentage of my PC, like if I am using my PC for web browsing to have like 80% GPU and 70% at a cap so the system still has breathing room?

I mean at this point I would take it, plus I would still rather take a 700 series generation, the last couple generations we only get new cards every 2 years when it used to be every year. The 780 and 780 Ti did use a bigger chip than the 600 series and the rest mostly from previous gen when down one tier.

Most people don't buy products based off an extensive research of the company's history. TBH I might buy a Tesla some day because I like the technology such as the responsive touch screen, better charging network, and in general better range than all the competition. They didn't just happen to be the first, they definitely poured millions into R and D and took many risks. And while I don't think most people like the idea of being tracked, most people would prefer having an internet connection for watching videos and such over the cost of a connection that can be tracked.

Yes, 31 in CPU talk isn't really hot at all. Now if it was idling at like 80+ you would have a real problem.

Not every game has be mechanically demanding for someone to like it with a high resolution and framerate. I run at 240Hz and I love even just moving the cursor and windows around the desktop. If they want to turn down settings that's their call but no need to gatekeep people who just want it.

TBH I feel like they are only doing this because they are going to be forced to and they want to do it at the very last second before it's law so they can say "We already allow right to repair" and look like the good guys.

I used a G502 for many years, then a GPRO wired, and now a GPRO Wireless superlight. I would say it took me a little bit of adjusting but especially the superlight is better in the long run, lighter mouse makes it easier to use a lower sensitivity which is often needed for higher accuracy in FPS games.

I mean for desktop it is completely negligible, I have a 10900k and a 2080 Super so for me it's just having the side monitor up for lowering the framerate while streaming games
