So, my monitor's speakers work fine with Nvidia's High Def Audio drivers, but regardless of whether I use High Definition Drivers or Realtek Audio, I get very low volume playing out of only one cup. Yes, my headphones work on my phone and laptop. Let me list off the things I've tried that don't work. - System restore - Uninstall realtek - Reinstall realtek - Rollback realtek - Get new realtek drivers from Gigabyte - All the above but with High Definition Audio - Windows updates This is a brand-new Gigabyte Z370-UD, I have no fucking clue why it's doing this to me.

I had an argument with my mum a couple of weeks ago. She asked for a mouse for her iPad to match her keyboard. I mentioned that didn't make sense and mice weren't officially supported by iPads anyway. She had a go at me and spent two hours looking for iPad mice to no avail... It's worth mentioning that she also has a MacBook Air...

Those are pretty much the only fitness apps you need as far as I'm concerned, although, I do have a health-tracking watch and I use the Withings app for it.

http://chadhowsefitness.com/2017/05/the-truth-about-cardio-and-your-testosterone-levels http://www.testofuel.com/tf/does-aerobic-exercise-affect-testosterone/ There are at least two sources which cite other items of research which claim that cardiovascular exercise increases testosterone.

Caloric deficit is key but what makes cardio special is that it caries the ways in which you engage your muscles. This is why you can't do an all-row back day, pulling exercises like pull-ups and deadlifts are key to getting your back to grow. What cardio can also do is increase testosterone and expand lung capacity massively, which will give you a thicker complexion.

I probably need to start throwing cardio into my routine then because while I am quite lean, I should throw running in to vary the ways of engaging muscle groups.

Good, Burpees are one of the highest calorie-burning exercises you can do next to battleropes. Athlean-X has a video where he talks about this. Good on ya, I'd kill to work in a gym just for the convenience of working out whenever the fuck I want and kicking out quarter squatters. Seriously though, what are your stats? Is that some form of Stronglifts you're doing? ----------------------------------------------------------------------- As for my own things, I really want more defined arms. I certainly have mass on them but they look rounded and un-aesthetic. Any ideas on how to fix this? I'm changing my program to P/P/L/P/P/L/x so I can train all muscle groups twice a week to start with.

If you lift weights, you will burn fat faster. As you are a beginner with little lifting experience, stick to whole-body workouts about 3 - 4 times a week with cycling at the end.

I'd say look at eating more if you have less energy and reduce the intensity of your cycling so that you don't overtrain until you start eating more.

You might actually be undereating for the amount of training you do. Can you tell me what exercise you do outside of cycling?

Computing with a third year placement I like the looks of it but I would want to avoid refurbished goods just because I've had a bad history with them.

As a guy just getting back into PC gaming, I'm a bit out of the scene. That said, I've always known AMD laptops to get hotter than the bloody sun, so not sure about that one.

About to start University in September, going for a more modest budget because I don't want to overspend when I already have my desktop PC. I'm not terribly picky, however, I do have a few requirements. - Decent gaming performance - Doesn't look like shit - Nice keyboard - (Preferably) IPS display What should I go for?

Welcome to the thread. If you want to lose more fat, increase the caloric deficit and start lifting. If you've never lifted before, then I would suggest Stronglifts just to build the foundation you need to be able to gain strength and move on to either a strength or hypertrophy program depending on what kind of training you prefer.
