I have 2 gpus in SLI on mine... no issues. You'll be just fine.

You won't notice a performance difference running gpus in 16x and 8x.

Yeah i meant to change it to the z87 pro, I'm just using newegg to keep a list, I'll be buying the parts from whichever retailer is cheapest.
