    ^^absolutely correct. If I were you I would manage with what you have and do a CPU/GPU upgrade simultaneously when you get the chance/money

    Disable the paging file, that typically solves this issue when I have it

    It "should" do it locally, but it depends on how the router handles that traffic, if it has dd-wrt or similar firmware you can check that bandwidth allocation
