  1. yes i know. AMD has no feature like DLSS...you have to lower your in game resolution. i tought OP wanted to test performance before buying a new TV...to see how games run at 4K. my bad
  2. If you want to test your performance on 4K rendering right now use AMD virtual resolution. https://www.amd.com/en/technologies/vsr For better performance in games with your current card you could also just lower your resolution in games...if you set it to 1440p it'll render 1440p footage on your 4K tv...but it wont look as good as native 4K unless you're sitting on a couch...a bit far from the TV.
  3. What are you planning to do with this machine? Why do you believe you need such high end hardware?
  4. It does matter.,.but not in regards to coil whine....high end cards and or power supply can suffer from it.
  5. Sittin all pretty...

  6. What you guys think of my new car? It's a 2020 Honda civic Sport Coupe. I got it last week she has 200km on it and already did some custom work on it.. chrome delete, black brake calipers, new wheels, front and rear underbody spoilers...I love the car she's so nice to drive very good quality interior nice sunroof and everything the car is loaded..
  7. and what models of these cards are you looking at? Because this is also important if one card is a lot better build and quieter than the other one for example right?

  9. this would be your most powerful top end option...it's quite expensive for the performance this card deliver imo tho https://pcpartpicker.com/product/fpDkcf/gigabyte-geforce-gtx-1650-4-gb-oc-low-profile-video-card-gv-n1650oc-4gl
  10. what CPU would that be paired with and what screen resolution? You plan to game?
  11. You COULD look for and Intel ddr3 compatible platform tho like an i7 3770 or 4770 with a motherboard and reuse your ram...that way you could properly power like a 1660 super or something and get good performance .
  12. Yes and ram too., basically that machine is done with...your current cpu is garbage and it will never play games smooth even with a new graphics card. 5870hd was a good match for it back then...now you're looking at a new computer basically ...your stuff is too old.

  16. i you'd watch the video you'd realize that 240hz to 165hz isn't nearly as big a deal as you're thinking.
  17. Will get my new car on monday...can't wait!

Ahhh a lease. You might actually be in a better financial position if you purchase it instead of lease it. Costs more a month, but you spend less over all.

yes but after 5 or 6 years here in Quebec with the winters that we have they get pretty beat up...so it's nice to get a new one every 4½ years too 😛

      and i need a very reliable car...100%

Also this one basicaly can drive itself on the freeway...it has all the safety sense features:

      Collision Mitigation Braking System™ (CMBS™)

Applies brake pressure when an unavoidable collision is determined

      Road Departure Mitigation System (RDM)

Adjusts steering and braking if you cross detected lanes without signaling

      Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC)

Maintains a set following interval behind detected vehicles

      Lane Keeping Assist System (LKAS)

Adjusts steering to help you keep centered in a detected lane

      Traffic Sign Recognition (TSR)

Can notify drivers of posted speed limits with the use of a small camera

      Honda LaneWatch™

With Honda LaneWatch™, any time you signal right, the camera on the passenger-side mirror will turn on and display live video on your Display Audio Touch-Screen, revealing nearly four times more than the average passenger-side mirror.

      Blind Spot Information System

When your turn signal is on and a vehicle is detected in an adjacent lane, the indicator blinks and a beep sounds until the area is clear or the turn signal is off.

      Cross Traffic Monitor

When in reverse with the Multi-Angle Rearview Camera in any viewing mode, the driver is alerted to a detected vehicle approaching from the side with a series of beeps and indicators shown on the camera’s display.
Basicaly this car is really easy to travel in and live with and if you crash this car you're basicaly and idiot...🤣
  18. oh yeah i think this is realistic in 3 years for most titles...especially if you're okay with 90 to 100 FPS
