  1. The new speaker is pretty awesome, the amount of times I've got water into the speaker of my phone is ridiculous, so that's really nice!
  2. The new generation of Apple Watch is currently being announced. Personally, I don't think it looks too noticeably different, but it's nice that it's water resistant of up to 50m!
  3. Hi, I don't suppose I could have some advice from you guys? Back in the latter end of 2014, I picked up a Corsair Vengeance M95 alongside a Corsair Raptor K50 and Raptor HS40. Unfortunately, both the M95 and Raptor HS40 have failed (the HS40 is due to a loose cable causing one Headphone to not function and occurred after only a small amount of light use (back in about March 2015)). The M95 then failed in approximately July time and got packed away due to other responsibilities and I've only really got it out to look into it now). The issue I seem to be finding is that it just simply seems completely dead. I've tried on several different machines and absolutely no recognition of the mouse happens occurs at all. No lights show up on the mouse, and no sounds from Windows 10 play to signify that a USB Device has been plugged in. When I go into Device and Printers within the Control Panel, it doesn't appear to display (USB Input Device is always there - even if the M95 is unplugged). And, nothing seems to show up in Device Manager, either... I have Corsair's Gaming Software installed, and my Corsair K50 is working perfectly fine. After some research, I attempted to install the M95 Gaming Mouse Driver Software - and was greeted with this upon the start of the install; I have a fear that the mouse is probably completely dead, as I seem to remember that it just stopped working one morning after working perfectly previously. It may be I'll have to send it in for RMA (I will probably try and get the HS40s RMA'd, too) - as there has been one or two reports of completely failures of these mice. If you guys have any suggestions, then they'd be highly appreciated!
  4. You are able to force download 10, which had a varied success rate. I had to attempt it 6 times before it finally worked! However, I do think it's pretty much worth it making the upgrade, it's fairly nice actually!
  5. I must be honest, I do look forward to seeing the R9 390X in the flesh - I think the AMD Refresh of GPUs may help balance the playing field out in the Graphics Card Sector... Also, I see I've been talked about, what's going on?
  6. Congrats on getting your thread featured on the WAN show. c:

Now the game plan is to start making YouTube Videos and become more popular than Linus. Then the Internet will be mine xD

  7. Indeed, you're correct by saying that. Sorry, @Dr_Curry_MONSTER, I didn't take the time to read your location! That build in particular came to around $1300 AUD, so here's one more within the budget. I've linked you to some good condition, used parts in this build to help with the bang for the buck ratio. CPU: AMD FX-8320 (3.5GHz, 8 Cores) - $199 AUD - Mwave Australis CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO - $41.80 - eBay Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-D3P - $115 - PCCaseGear RAM: Kingston HyperX (2x4GB) (ATM: $57 AUD) OR Kingston DDR3 (1x8GB) ($78.68) Storage (SSD): Samsung 850 EVO (120GB) - $104 - Centre Com Storage (HDD): Western Digital Caviar Blue (1TB, 7200rpm) - $69 - Centre Com GPU: ASUS GeForce GTX 680 (2GB GDDR5) - $250 - eBay Case: Deepcool TESSERACT - $45 - Mwave Australi PSU: Seasonic SSR-650RM (650w) - $155 - CPL Online Total: $1035 - $1057.48 Now, there are several things to take note. The first is that some of these are used items, so be careful and make sure you do your research on a seller and the product before buying. Also, on subject of the RAM, I'd suggest making a few bids on the HyperX Kit (2x4GB) up to about $60-$70 before looking elsewhere. I chose a used 680 over a R9 280X thanks to it having a slight performance advantage, too. If you need to get the price of the system down even further then consider ditching the 850 EVO and using a Mechanical Drive as a boot drive/storage drive for the upcoming future until you have the funds to buy the 850. I hope this is useful!
  8. The Hyper 212 is a great cooler for the price, I'd also recommend picking up some Arctic Silver 5 in terms of Thermal Paste for it (which is what I did, worked very well)!
  9. Due to the fairly tight $800, I decided to go down the AMD Route simply on a price perspective... CPU: AMD FX-8350 (4GHz, 8 Cores) - $169.99 - Newegg CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo - $26.98 (With $10 Mail-in Rebate) - OutletPC Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P (ATX, AM3+) - $66.98 (With Shipping) - Newegg RAM: Corsair Vengeance (8GB, 2x4GB, DDR3-1600) - $48.99 - Newegg Storage (SSD): Samsung 850 EVO (120GB) - $67.98 - OutletPC Storage (HDD): Western Digital Caviar Blue (1TB, 7200rpm) - $49.99 - Amazon GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 970 FTW (4GB GDDR5) - $343.98 (With $20 Mail-in Rebate) - Newegg Case: Azza SIRIUS (ATX Mid Tower Case) - $19.99 (With $15 Mail-in Rebate) - Newegg PSU: SeaSonic S12II (520w, 80+ Bronze) - $58.99 - SuperBiiz Total: $892.89 Total (With Combo Discounts, Mail-in Rebates and Shipping): $842.87 PC Part Picker URL: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Ywpgcf This is personally what I'd do for a build such as this, but feel free to make some changes if you need to! Hope this helps!
  10. I finished my last exam this morning in my Year 11 Group, and am now finished at my school. I've got plans to be hopefully going onto college to study Web & Games Design, Media and Photography - and I have to get good grades in these exams in order to go! So, I know how you feel! I wish you the best of luck in the upcoming years of education!
  11. In that case, if you have 45 Euros laying around then I strongly suggest you purchase it. It's the best Webcam I've come across for such a price!
  12. I'd agree with @RZeroX, I've got one myself and it's a great piece of kit! Probably one of the best Webcams on the market, actually. It can record at 1920x1080 using a H.264 Encoder, would certainly recommend this! Make sure you do some looking around so you can get the best price, too! It's available on Amazon.com, but for some reason not on Amazon.nl: http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Webcam-Widescreen-Calling-Recording/dp/B006JH8T3S/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1434024159&sr=8-1&keywords=Logitech+C920&pebp=1434024346760&perid=2E17716375F34123A1FA Here's a review that Jerry (Barnacules Nerdgasm) did a few years back... EDIT: Do make sure you do some looking around, I'm sure you can find them between $50-$60... EDIT: If the C920 really does go out of budget and you can't find any within $60, then maybe consider the C615: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004YW7WCY/ref=s9_simh_gw_p147_d0_i5?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=desktop-1&pf_rd_r=0SNW6WCD7HES5BHH49Y8&pf_rd_t=36701&pf_rd_p=2079475242&pf_rd_i=desktop
  13. I don't think there are any other words other than... On the bright side, at least I won't have to go out and buy Thermal Paste anymore!
  14. Do you mean iOS 9? I think Apple Music is something we'll just have to use the Free Trials to find out what it's really like. I'm fully prepared to give it a go, but it's got a lot to live up to to move me from Spotify! Also, I found this on Mashable, some of you may find a little interesting...
  15. Thanks for letting us know of these dates! Will be sure to stock up my game library!
