  1. I have a similar setup: 1440p 144Hz Main / 2160p 60Hz Secondary plugged into my 2070 Super via DP. Runs WITHOUT any issues. Even though i have activated G-sync on the main but not on the secondary monitor. you'll be fine.
  2. And also watch this from 4:45min
  3. 1440p 144Hz is definetly the sweet spot in terms of fluid gaming (at least until affordable 4K 144Hz monitors become a thing) I agree with Linus on this: for me personally higher refresh rate is more important than more pixels / higher resolution when it comes to gaming. And we can't ignore the fact that the higher resolution/refresh rate get the more you need to invest in the hardware to be able to run it. There is a huge difference between 60Hz and 144Hz refresh rate but it depends on what kinds of games you play and if your Rig will be able to push them to 144FPS. If all your games run at 60FPS Max. why even bother, right? If possible go to a local retailer and try a 144Hz panel. You can even notice the difference to 60Hz on the Desktop. (of course if your eyes are phisically able to recognize the difference)
  4. Definetly the Monitor! 144Hz will be a huge jump from 60Hz.
  5. Hey Guys, I got into Elite Dangerous and pre-ordered it in 2014 when it first launched. At that time i was playing it quiet extensively (made it to 2x Anacondas and a couple hundred million in the bank with trading and bounty hunting) The thing now is that i have not really been playing it since 2016 but recently got back into it. i'd like to get into the multiplayer experience because i never had it in elite before and i think it is gonna be even more fun that way. I'm a relaxed 30+ male/adult. I like the trading grind / exploring and bounty hunting So i'm looking for people 30+ who are willing to form a group or maybe an already existing group i could join.
  6. Why? if you unplug your PSU your system will not be grounded anymore. and will be more at risk than if you just left it plugged in.
  7. Great engineering, great performance, great high quality products. I personally own a lot of their products and am very happy with them.

  10. I recently bought the LG 32GK850F as a gaming/secondary monitor. It is 32" / 1440P / 144Hz / freesync + gysnc compatibility / VA Panel / HDR400 (Very bright 400nits) / contrast ratio of 3000:1 / Great UI / 5ms response time (you can set it to 1ms but you will suffocate some other features for that) It is 479,90€ (i bought it for 434,00€) on Amazon in Germany right now. I'm running it of a 2070 Super too and I'm very happy so far. clear recommendation.
