Hi all, Just wondering if anybody knows or what their experiences with the odds of a DAC being DOA (dead on arrival) are? Just got my new SMSL SU-8 v2 today, and it won't power on at all. I tried looking for help on Google, and it's impossible to find anything about them being faulty or dead. ~Alex

Id recommend the Beyerdynamic TYGR above the DT990 at this range. They won't require an amp. You happy with open backed? And I assume you don't know if you like V shaped or neutral audio?

Would of made the purchase for the 3090, but my bank blocked the transaction and said I need to call them... at 11pm for an item thats now sold out. Good job... time to change banks permanently.
