Can someone point me to the wall mount system used in this setup?

I just went through my part collection and got rid of all my really old stuff, but I did keep some stuff that's not that old, but probably still old enough to be considered retro. So now the oldest parts I have are a few Intel CPUs, some RAM, a couple motherboards, and a couple GPUs. My retro collection used to be a lot bigger and use to contain some way older parts.

About 15 years ago watching my cousin exasperatedly trying to cable manage a whole load of IDE HDD cables so that it would not block the fans for better airflow, and accidentally tearing them because IDE cables are shit

IIRC, SATA was still quite a new thing and most computers at the time were still running with IDE cables for the HDD. Not to mention stuff like floppy drives were very much still a thing as you had optical drives, the optical discs itself were still stupid expensive

Funny thing is, they are still making 8250U. Its not LMG you have to shit on, its Intel and their shitty road-map (also intel charges $297 per unit for that i5 and I highly doubt 3500U costs as much)
