  1. I've had it before that Windows puts it to static instead of DHCP. Try checking that.
  2. Hey guys, One of my friends had been having issues with his old graphics card. (dont know the model sadly, but it was an AMD videocard). His pc would crash completely into a blackscreen and had to be forcefully shut off. The cause of the black screen was just simple overheating. Now we swapped over to an Gigabyte RTX 2060 OC 6G. Clean driver install etc etc. Worked fine for a week! And then suddenly, it gray screened. Which i've personally never really seen before. It lags out for a minute and then it returns to the desktop. We tried reseating the gpu properly and making sure its supported, didnt work either. After trying a bunch of weird things I could think of, we tried a clean install of Windows, with a clean install of all the drivers. Seemed fine for a minute, then it happened again. Thats where I stopped and why I came here! I hope someone has a clue as to what to try, as it seems like a software issue more than a hardware issue. I'll post the specs below. AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Gigabyte RTX 2060 OC 6G 2x8GB Ram, dont know the exact model but I dont suspect the ram at all. MSI B450 (Dont know the exact 1, but it only has 1 PCIe slot.) Cooler Master 600W PSU (Also dont know the exact model) Thanks in advance.
  3. Hey guys, Do you guys have any suggestions for a KVM switch docking station? Here's the criteria i'm looking for: The docking station/kvm switch is to be used with 1 HP laptop and 1 standard desktop pc (WITH NO USB C) * i have 2 screens, so i would like to have 2 inputs from the desktop, and just an USB c connection for the laptop. * I have a few peripherals, and use USB sticks often. So i would like to have at least 4 usb ports (1 will be used for a second network connection) * I would like to charge the laptop with USB C. Thats about it. Thank you !
  4. Their third kid is on the way!!
  5. Guessing this is a built in protection. Charging to 95% is actually just a lot better than charging to a 100%. I only charge my phone to 85%
  6. Hmm, i currently have a 32 inch normal display, is it worth it to go to ultrawide? I've been wanting to for a while
  7. Hey guys, i'm looking for a new ultrawide monitor. But, a 34 inch ultrawide feels a bit small for "ultrawide" but 49 inches is then again, overkill. Is there anything in between? or is 34 inches bigger than i'd expect? Never seen an ultrawide in person sadly.
  8. oh, my bad. Seeing as you need to use heat to apply it. i can imagine it will be fine for a while. But you could best ask dbrand themselves for questions like this.
  9. got one a year ago, no wear at all so far. then again, i wear a clear case over it
  10. +1 use these for my xbox for in bed and such, works lovely. although i wish the remote was better.
  11. Just to make sure, i would install the standoffs.
  12. 70% chance of "other series" so the chance of getting a GT710 or 1030 is there. Dont.
  13. I do not, but to be honest, signal has a discord server and they usually reply quite fast. you could ask for help there and they'll figure something out. I got helped with my ram aswell.
  14. I have my kraken working with signal, seems to be working just fine.
