My PC is not giving signal to monitor fixing old rig so not using GPU just having basic inter grated graphics. Tried multiple monitors and VGA cable pls help

I only have one cable for my monitor and PC wow I should be more organized

I don’t intend on putting much data on it as it is more for my first time building a PC and I don’t intend on watching any DVDs on it plus It is internal and would rather have and external one for more space in my case

It’s my first time and my dad had an old pc he gave me for free so I’m working with what I can

I am in the process of building/upgrading my first pc. I have a HP pavilion streamline 3514.uk with a PCI express 1.0 slot but the graphics cards that I’m looking at have PCI express 3.0 will these be compatible and any other recommendations for upgrading this pre-built
