    Uninstall the old Nvidia drivers and do a clean reinstall of the AMD graphics drivers. Also, keep in mind that the i5 6500 is not that great anymore by today's standards and may become a bottleneck if fartnite has been updating for the more modern stuff. Some rumors I have heard is that game does not perform as well anymore like it did in the past.

    Your temps are no good. It's underperforming because it's thermal throttling. Repaste the gpu and make sure you have good mounting pressure. Blower cards are not quiet, but if the fan goes full blast with while performance decreased, you could have a temperature issue.

    Please try to provide more information when asking questions. What games? Old vs New FPS numbers? What resolution? What are the system specs? What was the old GPU? We can't properly help without this important information.

    You have a 5600 and an Asus TUF Gaming B550. It makes no sense to go to the next generation with the parts you picked. I would focus on other things instead, like maybe more RAM or storage if needed. If you are gaming, you are not going to notice much if any performance increase with the RX 6600 that you have.

    When you shop at the right time, you can get some pretty sweet deals. They will offer some sweet combo deals to just move the old stock. That can be a win for the budget shopper, plus you'll find that the microcenter staff are really helpful (depends on location) as some of them are techs, gamers and hobbyists.

    You have a system a lot of people wish they could have. It makes no sense to upgrade your PC unless your needs are not met. Making small improvements is one thing, but planning an entire system upgrade seems like an unnecessary waste of money.

    Seems like you are using both cpu and gpu for rendering, you may be able to set a custom export setting and have the gpu just do the rendering, idk. Anyway, it's probably working fine the way it is. I use only CPU rendering at 32mb/s and I do just fine.

    You have plenty of system RAM for a mid range gaming PC. You also have a pretty good GPU. You could hold off a bit and wait for the next generation of RTX 70 class cards, but by then that 12400F may be a bit underpowered for it. So knowing that, it's more about whether you want to spend the money or not. If you are willing to spend the money, go for the best one that fits your budget.

    If you already have a GPU that's not keeping up, then I would suggest the best price to performance card you can find within the spec range you are shopping in. Me personally I would go with more VRAM for those more graphically demanding games if you want to run native 1440p and whatnot.
