  2. Try downloading the install file again? Looks like it was possibly corrupted. Or go to the temp directory and try executing the individual files listed in order to see which one is cuasing the problem. Just a guess on my part.
  3. When I first tried booting my built computer it probably tried to boot at least 5 times before it actually booted. Maybe just give a couple of minutes.
  4. Not to get sidetracked... too badly. I like your build and defintely want to do a Ryzen next and I love the NZXT cases. Can't wait to see the completed work of art.
  5. This is the first I've heard about the liquid absorption. Thanks again. I'll set my alarm for 3 years hence.

  14. EBay is rife with (https://www.ebay.com/itm/Gigabyte-GA-Z77P-D3-V1-1-Motherboard-Intel-Z77-Express-LGA-1155-DDR3/263407879745?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649) with these gigabyte refurbs. I've ordered one for my i5-2500K (same board it's been on for over 6 years, came up bum after blowing 6 years worth of dust out of it.) If it works, great, if not, that's all I'm going to waste bringing it back to life. It owes me nothing. Good Luck!
  15. What mobo? I had to change CSM to disabled... worth a try.
  16. It's harmless and makes manufacturers lots of money. Shhhh!
  17. You might try doing a web search for emergency boot disk and repair. Of course if you don't have access to another PC this won't help much. Good Luck!
  18. Have you tried all the USB ports on that PC? Tried a different PC? Good Luck!
