Yeah, that monitor is way overkill for your PC.  It doesn't make sense in a meaningful way at all, and gaming is a LOT of pixels for a 1050 2GB ot push.  
 
Go look at a 27" 1080p monitor for pixel density.  THAT is the same density as the monitor you're looking at.
 
I think you need a 1070 or better to really use that monitor, but that's me.
 
Good deal if you plan on upgrading the PC at some point tho.  

i plan on updating, but considering the rate at which i can earn money, that wont happen until this same date, next year, so an entire year of subpar performance with my current rig, just doesn't seem like a great investment, maybe i'll hold on to the money until i can afford gpu+monitor (and probably cpu too)

Modified the name of a character in a book (kallawaya) so that i never had to think about another nickname again, and hey, it works.
it's just difficult to pronounce in english, so whenever i'm on some kind of voice chat i just tell people to call me 'kawa'
