The build is good, but the SSD...I usually know that samsung SSDs are the best, you can get one for 88 dollars. As well you can get a 1070Ti.

I guess that you will OC your CPU. If you are OCing then get the Asus ROG Maximus XI Z390. Asus is the king of OC motherboards. If you aren't overclocking then why are you getting that expensive motherboard?

Are you going to play one game on the two monitors? If yes, then get 1080. If you are going to play on one monitor and leave the second one for something different then i think 1070 will be fine, (Medium to high settings depends on the game) just don't watch 4K video on the second monitor. It will lower the FPS on the game
