Took me almost 10 days to find the culprit! And BTW, disabling Defender didn't disable that "feature", so at first it seemed like Defender wasn't the issue!

 

Thank you, Mister Lets-Enable-That-Option-After-This-Update, I still don't understand why Windows 10 overwrites some settings and preferences when updating. It's annoying as hell (I even have deferred updates enable to avoid as much of this crap as possible, yet, here we are!).

UBlock Origin can though. Here is an example of someone tried to block all Facebook tracking and fingerprinting on reddit.

You are going to need a full tower for the NH D15. My Corsair 750D Full Tower is barely have enough space for NH D15S.

Microsoft bomb the 1809. Windows 10 1809 is not safe because I have some people already installed 1809 this week ran into a lot of issues.

Company protect your data is a joke these days. Data breach is a piece of cake for hackers because security to them is like a puzzle. Once you crack a tiny piece of puzzle then everything else will fall apart soon. 

Look at Equifax and this one popular hotel data breach exposed 500 millions customers info this year.
