  2. this is literally what the YT shorts and polls are for
  3. firstly split them into two lists and put them into pc part picker. will make everyone's lives easier. Do you need a DVD drive? might be advisable to have an x570 for the 5900x. 850w PSU will be really close to full usage, maybe look at a 1000w.
  4. reinstall your body mods and see if you have any tattoo mods or over lays and turn them off @aisle9

Im starting to find GPU's in the uk again but t…

after a quick look i found the same thing. though I without being condescending want to stick to the main manufactures. Though the fact that they are becoming available now is a positive thing. Also when looking at twitter for website overclockers they put some of the popular GPU's at £5000 then you get a voucher from their forums and apply it. They say it reduced the bots from just grabbing them because of the price and the return period.

Well, they're all either China or Taiwan...

Inno3D and Biostar I'm familiar with. I'm not familiar with AFOX and Manli though.

Biostatistar  ive heard of but as a motherboard manufacturer.  They did lower end and industrial motherboards with middling reputations.

  8. Generally the expectation is that workstation boards have GPU's on them so you would use that. I believe i'm right in saying thread ripper does not have a integrated gpu.
  9. are you on a multi-socket or plugged directly into the wall?
  10. if it means anything to you my motherboards has a ESS® Sabre Hi-Fi ES9023P built in dac for front panel audio. would this suffice as a quality audio solution for now? (dedicated dac's etc will always be better of course)
  11. @HumdrumPenguin is the driver angled in the earcup also? I don't need ANC and will probably shy away from and dac and amp as it does not really interest me
  12. So, I currently have a pair of QC25 headphones and love them. But when I use them on my pc I'm in a very quite room the noise cancelation is really annoying and distracting. And when I game with them not having audio cancelation means I cant hear certain ranges of sound eg footsteps. I also fairly large ears. The main question is, I would like a suggestion for a pair of headphones that are good quality and have space within the earcup for for my ears like the BOSE headphones but don't loose quality when the active noise cancelation is on. These would mostly be used on my PC as the Bose I would use the rest of the time. Budget would probably be around £150 maximum.
  13. graphics card supplies. original right?
  14. if you put these into a Pcpartpicker list is would help people with this a large aomount https://pcpartpicker.com
  15. honestly that's a good build. if you wanna improve it its just going to cost quite a lot for not a huge amount
  16. your school should provide you with software if something like this is required. thats if they are personal or school allocated devices
  17. Now feeling the pain of the pandemic in not being able to find the Lian Li 011

  18. try one stick of ram and then they other individually. as a first step
  19. pretty much any ram that is DDR4 and has a speed of 3200mhz plus. lower will be fine but common belief is that you wont get the most of the processor
