  2. best $3 I've ever spent
  3. For $161.49 you can get a Asus TUF X570 if you like that, it should be able to handle a 2700x nicely https://pcpartpicker.com/product/dmGnTW/asus-tuf-gaming-x570-plus-wi-fi-atx-am4-motherboard-tuf-gaming-x570-plus-wi-fi There are a few other options like the MSI B450 Pro Gaming Carbon for $159.99 however the TUF X570 mentioned above is probably your best bet for the price https://pcpartpicker.com/product/mcjNnQ/msi-b450-gaming-pro-carbon-max-wifi-atx-am4-motherboard-b450-gaming-pro-carbon-max-wifi I hope this helps there are many other boards on the market so feel free to have a look on here https://pcpartpicker.com/products/motherboard/#sort=-price&X=0,16436&V=8000,6001,6000,4000&s=33 And you can get a good idea on which boards are good or not over here
  4. I'd Probably say the AT2020 xlr, if the ac is picked up you can always adjust the microphones pick up range through either settings for what application your using or otherwise
  5. Hello, I have been thinking about getting a SSD so I can have 2 separate windows installs on my computer; this would be so I can separate my work and normal PC especially since I have to log in on separate accounts etc. I was wondering on a few things, is there any issues that I might encounter dual booting windows and also is it possible to keep the data and files on my main SSD + HDD separate from my 'work' SSD and vice versa (not able to see in OS or able to transfer data between them etc). Thanks alot for your time -Darki [edit]: any advice on bios setup too? i'd ideally want it so it automatically boots to my main drive and i have to select the work drive in the boot manager if I wanted to boot to it.
  6. in theory, assuming you can store, power etc all the drives and you have enough space on your controller/controllers it is limitless however with raid 0 being non-redundant you wouldn't want to put too many drives as it vastly increases your chance of a failure
  7. the list looks fine it should work great with the 3080
  8. Here is a couple photos of my Creative Labs 3D BLASTER. The card is 25 years old this year however is still in Great condition Here is a picture of the box, and here is a picture of the card itself out of the box.
  9. Thank You! I would have definitely missed this deal if it wasn't for you.
  10. Try Restarting, The Old And New Drivers May Be Clashing, If So You May Need To Install DDU To Clear Out All The Old Drivers So You Can Get A Fresh Install Of The New Ones. (If You Cant Get Any Video Out At All From The Gpu You May Need To Use Your Integrated Graphics Just To Clear And Reset The Drivers. If Its Windows Blue Screening, Try Booting Into Safe Mode.
  11. Have You Updated / Installed Any Drivers For Your Gpu Within The Last Week Or Two? There Could Be A Bug In The Drivers That You Installed If You Have Installed Them That Is.
  12. I Checked The NZXT Kraken G12 Which @xdeathshot20 Referenced To And It Unfortunately Does Not Natively Support The 2070, However If Your Willing To Get A Bit Creative Then I Have Found A YouTube Video Which Claims To Mod The Cooler To Make It Compatible With The 2070. The Kraken G12 Itself Costs Around $29.99 Or £24.99 And Is Compatible With Many Aio's On The MArket. Link To Official Compatibility List: https://www.nzxt.com/products/kraken-g12-white (Comes In White And Black)
  13. You Can Do It From The Settings, Please Save All Your Work And Close Your Applications Etc. Since This Does Require Restarting Your Pc. Simply Go To Settings> Update & Security> Recovery> Advanced Start Up (Click Restart Now)> Troubleshoot> Advanced Options> UEFI Firmware Settings / Bios Firmware Settings> Restart. This Should Boot You Straight Into The Bios, Without The Need To Do Anything (Like Spamming Del Or F12 Etc.)
  14. I Find It Best To Gently Wiggle The Cable Out, Make Sure You Keep A Little Grip On The USB Socket As-well Though; You Wouldn't Want To Rip It Out.

Have You Tried The Latest Audio Driver For Your System? Also Make Sure Your Connected To A Headphone Jack Which Supports Dual Channel Audio, Like The HD Audio Jack On The Front Of Your Case, Or A Green Audio Jack On Your Motherboard
  16. The 3700x Comes With A Pretty Beefy Stock Cooler Which Should Be Good Enough However If You Are Looking Specifically For A Beefier Cooler Id Suggest Something Like A Dark Rock Pro 3/4 For A Worthwhile Upgrade. However Theres Literally Thousands Of Coolers To Choose From And Plenty That Will Do The Job As Good If Not Better. I'm Glad I Could Help
  17. Have You Tried DDU? (It Uninstalls All Display Drivers So You Can Have Completely Fresh Drivers, Quite Often Helps With Display Driver Issues) I'm Assuming You Have But If Not Give It A Try. https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html (DDU Installer, Must Be Ran In Safe Mode.) https://www.amd.com/en/support/previous-drivers/graphics/amd-radeon-r9-series/amd-radeon-r9-fury-series/amd-radeon-r9-fury (R9 Fury Drivers, From AMD)
  18. I Suggest The Ryzen 7 3700x And A Decent X570 Motherboard, In Personal Opinion, The Ryzen 7 3700x Is Better Than The 9700k And Comes With An Adiquite Cooler And Is Much More Better Suited And Not To Mention Better Value Than The 9900k In Your Personal Usecase.
  19. I Have Done A Little Bit Of Searching And This One Seems To Be Good. Its 60Hz And A IPS Panel. Its Only 24" However, Because 24.5" Is Pretty Hard To Find https://amzn.to/2lEO63h (Price In GBP But I'm Sure You'll Be Able To Get It In Us.) There's Also A Couple Good Recommendations On The LTT Chanel (Link To Videos) https://www.youtube.com/user/LinusTechTips/search?query=cheap+monitor Good Luck On Your Monitor Search.
  20. As Long As The PSU Is Fine, It Should Be Perfectly Able To Handle The Ryzen 5 2400g And Motherboard Etc. Just Be Careful If You Choose To Add A Gpu Later Down The Line, You Always Want To Have 100W~ Headroom Just Incase. However For Just An Apu It Will Be Perfectly Fine.
  21. As Mentioned By Slottr If It Only Costs 5$ Extra For A HDD To Maybe Include Both, Also The Limited Bandwidth On Older Systems Should Still Show A Noticeable Performance Increase Even Though Its Much Lower Than Modern Standards.
  22. I Quickly Made This, PCPartPicker Part List: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/48bDCb CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor (£317.58 @ Aria PC) Motherboard: MSI MPG X570 GAMING EDGE WIFI ATX AM4 Motherboard (£202.40 @ Alza) Memory: G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 Memory (£126.60 @ Amazon UK) Storage: Intel 660p Series 1.02 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive (£97.97 @ CCL Computers) Storage: Seagate Barracuda 3 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (£84.01 @ Amazon UK) Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER 8 GB WINDFORCE OC 3X Video Card (£502.53 @ Technextday) Case: NZXT H500 ATX Mid Tower Case (£69.95 @ Box Limited) Power Supply: Corsair RMx (2018) 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply (£88.98 @ AWD-IT) Total: £1490.02 Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available Generated by PCPartPicker 2019-09-10 00:46 BST+0100 I'm Sure There's One Or Two Better Parts And Better Deals, However I'd Say This Is A Good Starting Point. Also Change The Retailers To Ones Which Your Comfortable To Purchase From. (Just To Say You Can Get Corsair Vengance LPX 3600MHz For A Bit Cheaper, However I Chose The Trident Z Because I Feel It Would Suit The Looks Of The Build A Bit Better.) Don't Forget A Windows Key. And Thats About It Im Pretty Sure.
  23. Make Sure Your Connected To The 5GHz Band Of Your Wifi. The 2.4GHz Band Wont Easily Be Able To Go Much Faster Than 100 Mbp/s. Depending On The Receiving Device, You May Not Be Able To Receive Signals Much Faster Than 100 Mbp/s~ Anyway. Also As If Loads Of Devices Are On The Router Your New Devices Will Be Lower On The List Of Prioritised Devices Meaning Your New/Current Devices Will Be More Delayed Per Se.
  24. Does The Hard Drive Show Up In The Bios? (To Access The Bios And Check If Your Hard Drive Shows Up In It Turn On Your Laptop, Hold F2 Until Bios Screen Shows Up And Let Go.) The Hard Drive Should Show Up Where Highlighted In The Image. If It Fails To Show Up You May Have A Broken Sata Cable Or Hard Drive Itself. If It Shows Up In The Bios, Try Updating Your System, There May Be An Issue With The Current Version Of Your Operating System There Is. If All This Fails, Maybe Try Contacting Asus Support, They Will Most Likely Have A Better Idea Of Or Know The Issue.
  25. Not Sure, Because Of How Much Microsoft Has Made Windows Accessible Recently, They Probably Found That It's A Bit Simpler Now To Just Find It In The Settings. That's Just My Guess Though.
