  2. normally if there is unusal noise like clicking or clunking coming from a harddrive it means the drive is on its way out i have 3 toshiba drives similar to your model and they have never made any unusal noises but other drives ive had in the past have made unusal noises just befor they failed seeing it is a newish drive you might be able to get it replaced under warranty

  4. have you never thought that the person who is trying to help might have dyslexia its a common condition also known as word blindness where it is difficult enought to string a sentance together let alone worry about the grammer natzies commenting on your spelling
  5. this is what i would do get yourself an ssd for your operating system double the ramm to 16gb you dont need a 1000w power supply but it might be advisable to upgrade to a 750w power supply if your gaming at 1440 a 1070 or 1070 ti graphics card will be enought you dont need a 1080
  6. have you downloaded and installed samsung nvme express driver 3.0 i just received my 970 pro today and installed it with all my other harddrives stil in the pc and downloaded all the drivers from the samsung websit including samsung data migration software it just copied all my information from my old 830 ssd and automatically changed the 970 pro to my c drive it took about 10 minuets to transfer from the 830 to the 970 do a restart go into bios and changed the boot drive from the 830 to the 970 i didnt even need to put my password in at the log in screen and it recognised all my other harddrives imediatly i just hade to formate my old 830 and i was finished

  8. have you tried unistalling the intel rapide store ive got 2 ssds and ive never ued the intel rapide store always used the ssd own drivers and programms

  10. can you swap a sata cable around then you can find out if its the sata cable thats faulty?
  11. check your conections maybe a sata cable is lose or you need a new sata cable also is your power supply powerfull enought to power it ?
  12. i only needed to get a 1060 but i thought i dont want to replace the card anytime soon so i went for one that was overpowerd for my current resolution that will be my first new card in 5 years also got a new cpu ram and motherboard my first ever amd build got the ryzen 5 2600 and i overclocked it and im currntly in 4th place for the hihgest overclock on the chip
  13. the nvidea gtx 1180 and the gtx 1170 but they might be all gone as soon as they come out but the prices for the 1070 and 1080 might come down
  14. yes go for it the evga ftw are there top off the line but you could also wait for the new cards to come out in about 2 mounths and as luck would have it im receiving a new gpu tomorrow replcing my evga gtx760 with msi 1070 armour so i will be benching to find out the improvements the new card is
