I would not buy the TITAN black. Look at what happened with the last Titan. People paid 1k for a card they could have paid 499 for 90% of the performance or 700 for 110% of the performance. I think the same will happen again with the TITAN Black. Especially since the GK110 is starting to show it's age.

A case is a very subjective choice. Some popular models you might want to consider:
Corsair Obsidian Series (I'm a fan on the 750D personally) Fractal Design cases (R4 is a well rounded choice) NZXT Phantom Check out PCPartPicker for some other good choices.

As far as a PSU goes, just get whatever you can afford from a reputable brand (it'll be worth the extra price when your system doesn't get fried). With your system, I can't imagine needing more that 700-750W, if that. The other major price factor with PSUs is how modular the cables are (mostly an aesthetic and convenience issue). Again, PCPartPicker can help here. Reputable brands that come to mind would be:
Antec Cooler Master Be Quiet Corsair EVGA NZXT Silverstone There are other good manufacturers, but if you can't find a solid model from these companies, there's an issue  . Don't let the Efficiency rating sway your decision too heavily as well. For the amount of extra money you'd spend for a Gold or higher efficiency PSU, mostly likely you wouldn't make it back in smaller electricity bills over the lifetime of your machine.
