  1. If that desk pad didn't have a pixelated logo I would totally buy it. It's fricken great.
  2. Does anyone know what chair Anthony uses? It looks like a gaming style chair, and I bet it's damn comfortable - I'd like to pick one up for myself.
  3. I guess at the end of the day it's super easy for Hasan to change out if he cares about NVENC
  4. I'm sure it was because AMD were fine with their products on it and NVidia weren't, but why use an AMD gpu for a streaming PC? I love AMD and all, but NVENC is truly amazing for streaming compared to AMD
  5. I'm going to be super whiny here. The background track for a majority of the video has this really annoying right channel click when played at 2x speed. For a moment I actually thought my headphones had some kind of problem, but thankfully figured out pretty quickly that it was the video, and therefore the background track. I understand that only 8% of watchers watch at 2x speed, and that it's likely that only autistic folks like myself who would even find it an issue to begin with, but if it's zero work on your end would you consider not using that particular track in videos for extended lengths of time?
  6. Honestly you should test using Spiderman Miles Morales on PS5 or even the Spiderman PS4 remaster. These games use RT in a multitude of different ways instead of simply just 'sun go bloom now' Having RT disabled is massively noticeable in both titles, and it's not that the non RT version is bad in any way, it's just that the developers really pushed to get everything they could out of RT as a whole, and as such it shines like night and day between the two.
  7. Less than an hour after the video goes live and they're already sold out including people acing the 15 question quiz. Damn we're thirsty.
  8. Seriously Linus, I've been watching you for years and years, Joined Floatplane, etc. This persons chemistry with you had me smiling like an idiot for the entire video. I even shared it with people I don't normally do so. Unlike Jake whose wit sometimes comes across a little... bitter, this doesn't. I was really hesitant that the community would react poorly to this more 'youth centric' humour, but I'm so glad to see it mostly hasn't. I hope we see more of them soon.
  9. **Cries in Australian** Seriously, we have a tonne of tech enthusiasts here, we punch well above our population weight in tech purchasing power, we are closer and cheaper to ship to than the USA when dealing with a chinese product, and we finally after years of complaining, have an Amazon front page. So..... why? I'd love to purchase this, but as it is I need to do so from the USA and ship it from the USA to here, which is pointless. Noctua gear is sold at all our high end tech stores, the distribution is already there.... I don't mean to be a giant complainy pants, but when I see that list of amazon sites I can purchase it from, it hurts
  10. Firstly, you're comparing the 32" not the 27". In the US - which is LTTs main audience, and the pricing they use for everything, and who they're talking about when they say "cheapest" the 27" AOC has been 279 for its ENTIRE life, and dropped in price to the 250 shown in the video Sep 20th. Conversely, the 27" Samsung cheapest was 300, and averaged at 340 until Sep 23rd. Both price drops happening after the content was filmed. Samsung dropped to 279, ie; AOCs launch price. So.... historically, in the US, the Samsung has never been cheaper than the AOC. Because you can't buy from Amazon.com instead of Amazon.ca? When I VPN there it states "ships to canada" so you're paying what, $32 USD in shipping, and at most another $37.5 in sales tax depending on province, and I'm pretty sure you don't pay duty charges from the US for computer goods (though I could be wrong) so the total is still 40 canadian cheaper than the Samsung.
  11. Uh.... CDN 460 = $350 USD, so more expensive? Unless we are magically looking at different amazons here. It's $270 on US Amazon, and it looks like the price was lowered extremely recently in the price history (but so was the AOC, to $250) So, I think they did?
  12. Re: BrightFrame - can you expand it to the entire monitor? I'm assuming not, but it looked like you got it pretty large in the footage. On my colour calibrated monitor, I don't see much of a difference in the footage to colours, but it was referred to as "washed out"
