That's quite a crammed case, try to find spots where you can stuff cables and start zip tiing them together,mybe you can tie some to the holes on the right there, or to the top if it isn't used for fans

I mostly noticed it while streaming or editing video. In gaming it depends on what you upgrade from. For clocks I didn't notice the ca. 15% oc that I have now. But it also could be that I just got too used to it -

I would first try of it works with the CPU installed, also putting the mobo in its in case position(outside of the case) just to be sure. But you mostly should be fine. If you are scared you probably can send it back and get a new one -
I used the tyon at Gamescom last year and the sizing was very good for my average big hands. Personally the best mouse from Roccat, and I tried nearly all of them on conventions or if friends had them, the Kone XTD is the one with the best fit and look for me personally. offset mode, from my understanding is just, that the cpu takes a automatic (or static idk tbh) voltage and your offset is the amount it can wiggle with that, so if you offset is 0.16sth it can go up and down by that amount, personally i always use fixed voltage so

But from what I've seen you need to have a video output so you may have to use the Igpu or anpother one to get into the os and do it But tbh I think its unlikely that it will help

I just noticed that the stickers of my Lian Li bora fans fell off. But only from the fans that are mounted to my radiator. Guess the metal housing warms up the whole fan. But I wanted to remove the stickers anyways so I just changed two of my remaining 4 fans, put them on the radiator and after 2-3 hours of AIDA64 they should be good too and then I repeat that...what a masterplan

Did you try going into the BIOS, then pressing (probably) F10 and booting Again? could be that you mobo just wants you to go into the BIOS once, alsi there you could select the bootdrive, maybe it doesn't boot the OS or changed sth up.
