It Does Power On, Fans Start Spinning, PSU Has Power. It Was Working Until I Changed The Thermal Paste... Upon Changing The Thermal Paste, The Screen Will Not Show. if I Turn It On It Starts And Everything But It Stays At A Black Screen. The Black Screen Changes If I Unplug The VGA Cord Then The Monitor Counts Down To Sleep Mode, Which Tells Me There Is Probably Some Kind Of Signal. But It Just Stays Black Screen. I'm Using An iGPU Right Now. So The Pins On The Motherboard Are Fine?
