    Personally, I wouldn't upgrade. It confuses me as to why your CPU would go to 100% load. Really, for games, that's never happened to me before.

    if you have case with window just go for rgb

    It doesn't really matter when it is ddr4.In your situation I would go for trident z mainly because of the rgb.If the rgb is not for you buy corsair vengeance because it is cheaper.
