No I think the steam deck is superior, I was moreso looking at this from a steam deck competitor standpoint. Even if its not as powerful, I could probably get my hands on one sooner. CSGO is another game that should work and isnt available on switch. People use their switches in docked mode right? What if I want to have one device I can play portable at 720p but also use it to play on a higher res TV when I get the chance?

Since they use intel chips, wonder if they have thunderbolt? Ability to use an external gpu would be a good selling point against steam deck. What if I want to play a non nintendo game (ex. halo, forza) on the go?

And even then quite a few people bought it right? I mean at least enough for Nvidia to realize that they could reliably sell GPUs for 1k It wont matter if they can just sell it for even just 100-200 bucks more. I mean they're buying 30 series in bulk

Part 3 is horrible. What if someone would rather not have their medical status shared with a random third party? The person recording is incentivized to not share that they are recording the recipient because they just want their files back. People who are actually serious about VPNs already use one, and MS knows they won't switch to the MS one. This is probably moreso directed towards the average person who doesn't use a vpn. I'd expect a paid tier or something after 1 gb to hook them in with promises of more privacy. Edit: in fact I'd argue the average person is probably going to feel more secure if their data goes to a big corporation they've heard of, rather than some small VPN company they don't know. That is assuming, ofc, that they care about their data privacy in the first place. I think the average person cares much more about their school/employer not finding out what they search rather than big tech

So if I'm understanding this right, then the general belief is that Musk buying twitter involves him selling some tesla stock, which lowers the price. So the panic behind that itself is reducing the stock value? Why doesn't this also happen when other billionaires purchase companies? Like when Bezos bought washington post, did amazon stock fall? I mean the worst thing they can do is sell my data, which most other search engines do anyways. Its not like im being forced to use bing, I just decided that them giving me free stuff is better than the competition not giving me free stuff.

I wouldn't call it "beginner", it still should be able to run most AAA games competently. Especially considering that most people still haven't gotten 30 series cards yet, a 1070 is probably still more powerful than the average PC gamer's rig
