    If you've already got the 1060 I would suggest holding off on buying a new card until we see the rumored next gen non-RTX cards from Nvidia.

    For the price of a 2060 you can get a used 1080. Which is what I would get.

    Definetly go with 2060 as it almost gives 50% more performance than 1060. 2060 performs almost similar to 1070ti.

    Both ddc and d5 can handle you planned loop. D5 is a bit quieter than ddc.

    Corsair Obsidian 500D SE or Phanteks Evolv X?
    Currently it is hard to compare the two cases as they are currently unreleased, but from online videos and pictures, which one would you get and why. The Corsair 500D SE is a lot more expensive than the Phanteks Evolv X as it also comes with the Corsair Commader Pro and 3 rgb fans. Is this worth the money?

    Looks like an EPower, a cheap company known under various other pseudonyms and parent companies. Not really any particular brand.
